The temperature sensing element is damaged. You can go to the appliance repair place to repair it. Or buy a new one. All boiling pots have a temperature control switch. When the water temperature reaches 100 degrees Celsius, the power supply will be automatically turned on and off. If you don't stop working, the temperature control switch is broken and needs to be repaired. Just find a manufacturer or an electrical repair shop to repair it.
