How to do eye exercises?
1. In the first section, lightly press Tianying point (under the brow and upper corner outside the orbit) with both thumbs, and the other four fingers naturally spread out and bend in an arch shape. The other four fingers spread out naturally and bend like an arch. Draw a circle on your forehead.

2. In the second quarter, the thumb of the left hand or right hand is pressed down on the root. Then press it again.

3. In the third section, put the left and right index fingers and middle fingers together, then press the four white spots near the two sides of the bridge of the nose, and then put the middle finger down on the protruding part of the mandible and press it in the center of the face (the area should not be too large).

4. In the fourth quarter, press the left and right thumb on the temple, bend the index finger into an arch, and scrape the upper and lower eyes.

Precautions:
