Autumn pear cream is a traditional specialty in Beijing. It is said that it existed as early as the Tang Dynasty, and it is a royal health care product of the imperial court. It was not until the Qing dynasty that it was introduced into the palace by the imperial doctor.
According to legend, in the distant Tang Dynasty, Li Yan, the emperor of the Tang Dynasty, who was raised in the deep palace, fell ill. All day long, he felt thirsty and hot. He ate all the herbs but it didn't work. The civil and military officials in the Qing Dynasty were particularly impatient, but there was no cure. One day, a Taoist priest came down from Qingcheng Mountain. Not only did he know that the emperor was ill, but he also claimed that he could be cured. The emperor who was in a hurry to seek medical treatment drank the "medicine" secretly prepared by Taoist priests with pears and honey, and he was cured as expected. It is said that this is the earliest autumn pear cream.
Autumn pear paste has been a royal health care product since the Tang Dynasty, nourishing the emperor and his family. It was not until the Qing dynasty that the imperial doctor in the palace brought this prescription to the people, so that when people in Beijing coughed and caught a cold, they drank a bowl of sweet autumn pear cream instead of seeing a doctor.

Cooking tips
1. If you don't have a fine polishing board at home, it is suggested that you can peel the pears and cut them into small pieces and chop them into pears in a cooking machine.
2. Different varieties of pears produce different amounts of juice, so after the seventh step of filtering, the time of cooking with low fire is uncertain, depending on the amount of juice in the pot. For example, the longest time I cooked on low fire for nearly an hour, because there was a lot of pear juice, but this time I didn't use much pear juice, and it only thickened after cooking on low fire for about half an hour. In short, it depends on the state, and the juice in the pot becomes thick.
3, honey must wait until the autumn pear cream is warm before adding. If the temperature is too high too early, the nutrition of honey will be destroyed. If it is cold, adding honey will lead to a poor integration with Qiuli cream.
4. Siraitia grosvenorii in raw materials can also be replaced by Fritillaria cirrhosa. ﹌ ﹌ ﹌ ﹌ ﹌ ﹌ ﹌ ﹌ ﹌ ﹌ ﹌ ﹌ ﹌ ﹌ ﹌ ﹌ ﹌ ﹌ ﹌ ﹌ ﹌ ﹌ ﹌ ﹌ ﹌ ﹌
