1. Eye care in daily life: the living environment should be neat and quiet, the indoor light should be soft and moderate, the furnishings should be simple and bright, the wall color should not be too bright or too dark, and a little red flowers and green grass can be planted indoors. It is best to have green space, Woods or lakes around the residence, and it is best to look far away. Work and rest regularly every day to ensure adequate sleep time. Combine work and rest to avoid overwork or idleness. Eat more fruits and vegetables rich in vitamins in your diet. Food should be diversified, mainly light and quantitative at regular intervals. Don't eat too much greasy food, and don't overeat. Try to eat less spicy food, quit smoking and drinking.
2. Use your eyes reasonably: In daily work and study, you should not use your eyes for a long time, such as reading, watching TV, copying, computer operation, carving, embroidery, etc. Use your eyes for about an hour, and rest for 5~ 10 minutes. You can close your eyes, farsightedly or do eye exercises. In recent years, the incidence of myopia in college, middle school and primary school students is very high, which is mostly caused by careless eye protection and excessive use of eyes. With the physiological decline of middle-aged and elderly people, their eyesight gradually deteriorates, and hyperopia, that is, "presbyopia", can be delayed by paying attention to rational use of eyes at ordinary times. Read and write correctly, and keep the distance between eyes and books at about 30 cm. The light is too strong or too dark, so lying down, taking a bus or taking a boat are not suitable for reading.
3. Close your eyes to recuperate: After working or studying for a period of time (about 1 hour), go to a quiet place, relax all over, gently close your eyes, eliminate distractions and calm your mind. After 5~ 10 minutes, gently massage around your eyes and temples, then open your eyes and look at the blue sky or distant scenery. 4. Eye care exercises:

(7) Kneading the temple (backward between the brow tip and the outer canthus 1 inch): gently press the temple with the thenar muscles of both hands, then rotate and massage from front to back for 20 times, and then rotate and massage from back to front for 20 times.

(1) Tonifying method: Eat lean meat, fish and shrimp, animal liver, and sheep liver is the best.
