Comments: Quiet, introverted, resistant to summer but not winter, vulnerable to wind, cold and humidity, prone to phlegm, swelling, diarrhea and other diseases.

Fourth, yin deficiency constitution.

General features: less leucorrhea, emaciation, fever in hands and feet, dry mouth and throat, slightly dry nose, preference for cold drinks, dry stool, red tongue with little body fluid and rapid pulse.

Comments: irritable, extroverted, active, resistant to winter and summer, easy to fatigue, loss of sperm, insomnia and other diseases.

Five, phlegm and dampness constitution

General features: phlegm stagnation, obesity, full abdomen, greasy mouth coating, oily face, excessive and sticky sweat, chest tightness, excessive phlegm, greasy food, greasy coating and slippery pulse.

Comments: Mild, steady, patient, poor adaptability to rainy season and humid environment, prone to diabetes, stroke, chest pain and other diseases.

Seven, blood stasis constitution

General features: poor blood circulation, fat and thin body, dull complexion, pigmentation prone to ecchymosis, dull or ecchymosis of lips, dark or thickened sublingual collaterals, and poor pulse condition.

Comments: Irritability, forgetfulness, intolerance to cold and evil, and prone to pain syndrome and blood syndrome.

Eight, qi stagnation constitution
