2. For medical institutions that treat more patients, medical insurance agencies can prepay part of the funds to reduce the pressure on medical institutions to advance.
For enterprise employees who are unable to provide normal labor due to isolation treatment or medical observation for pneumonia patients, suspected patients and close contacts infected with novel coronavirus, the enterprise shall pay the employees labor remuneration during this period, and shall not terminate the labor contract with the employees. During this period, if the labor contract expires, it shall be postponed to the medical treatment period, medical observation period, isolation period or the expiration of emergency measures taken by the government.
According to the 2022 epidemic subsidy policy, only two groups of people will be subsidized.
The first category is medical personnel and epidemic prevention workers involved in epidemic prevention and control. For those who are in direct contact with the investigated cases, the central government will give subsidies according to the 300 yuan per person per day; For other medical personnel and epidemic prevention personnel involved in epidemic prevention and control, the central government can give subsidies according to 200 yuan per person per day and enjoy the tax exemption policy.
The second category is personnel involved in epidemic prevention and control. Outside the scope of Category I personnel, those who participate in the epidemic prevention and control tasks assigned by the government may also be exempted from personal income tax for temporary work subsidies and bonuses issued according to the standards set by the people's governments at or above the provincial level.

Does the company have subsidies during the epidemic?
During the epidemic, the state subsidized enterprises. According to the list of policies issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Finance on April 23rd to encourage enterprises (units) to absorb employment, certain subsidies will be given to employees or enterprises that meet the corresponding conditions.
1. Subsidy target: units that employ people with employment difficulties and pay social insurance premiums.
2. Subsidy standard: Units that recruit or place people with employment difficulties will be subsidized according to the basic old-age insurance premium, basic medical insurance premium and unemployment insurance premium actually paid by them for people with employment difficulties, excluding individual contributions.
Legal basis:
Article 64 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases, the relevant units shall, in accordance with the provisions of the state, take effective health protection measures and medical care measures and give appropriate subsidies to personnel engaged in prevention, medical treatment, scientific research, teaching and on-site handling of epidemic situations, as well as other personnel who come into contact with infectious disease pathogens in production and work.
