Ya 'an Vocational and Technical College, referred to as Yazhi, is located in Ya 'an City, Sichuan Province. It is a public full-time ordinary college approved by the Sichuan Provincial People's Government and filed by the Ministry of Education. The school's predecessor was Xikang Health Technology School, which was founded in March of 195 1. 1962 was renamed Sichuan Ya 'an Health School.
In 2000, Ya 'an Education College, the predecessor of the college, merged Ya 'an Finance and Trade School, Ya 'an Agricultural Mechanization School and Ya 'an Industrial Bureau Technical School to form a new Ya 'an Education College. In April 2002, Ya 'an College of Education and Sichuan Ya 'an Health School merged to form Ya 'an Vocational and Technical College.
The college has three campuses: Economic Development Zone Campus, Qingnian Road Campus and Yucai Road Campus, covering an area of more than 830 mu. Open nine secondary colleges; Students18,800.
