In fact, most people are now in a sub-health state, and many people pay attention to their own health and start to keep fit, starting with eating some health care products, but as far as I know, health care products are also taken according to the doctor's advice, and eating and using them indiscriminately is likely to cause unnecessary burden to the body. In my opinion, the first thing to do is to adjust diet and routine. First, we must ensure that we work and study in a good environment and state, so as to effectively change our physical condition.

At present, there are too many young people whose healthy age does not match their actual age, so we should pay enough attention to them. So I made a detailed plan for myself. Exercise, diet and sleep are all in the plan for next year. Make your physical age equal to your actual age, or even younger.
