In Song Dynasty, Su Shi was able to write, write and draw, and lived in exile all his life, especially for wine. We opened his works, and almost all the articles were either reading wine or wine bottles, or writing while drinking, or feeling after drinking. Because of this, we have wine, love wine and enjoy wine, which has added several brilliant chapters to the history of China literature.
It is said that Su Shi doesn't drink much. He doesn't drink much. He himself said, "When I was young, I was drunk at the sight of wine and lamps" (Dongpo Zhi Lin); In adulthood, it is also "drinking less and getting drunk." "I often take pleasure in holding a cup" ("Twenty Drinking Songs"). However, when he was as drunk as a fiddler, the word sequence of "Water Tune Song Tou" (When is the bright moon) said: "Ice and dust in the Mid-Autumn Festival are intoxicating, so I am pregnant with this article." In the ninth year of Xining in Song Shenzong, namely 1076, Su Shi, then 4 1 year-old, came to the outskirts of Mizhou, Shandong Province to raise a glass to invite the moon and express his feelings of missing his brother. At that time, the two brothers had separated for seven years. At this time, due to political reasons, Su Shi had to work in Mizhou. He was dissatisfied with his official career, lost in the power field, and missed his brother Su Zhe, so he had to express his feelings for the moon alone. When will there be a bright moon? Ask for wine from heaven ",and at the end of the sentence," I wish you a long time and a thousand miles together ". This word has become a timeless swan song, and it has to be said that it is related to wine. It can be said that getting drunk is a swan song. Therefore, Hu Zaidao, a poetry critic in the Song Dynasty, said, "The Mid-Autumn Festival words came out of Dongpo's" Mink Song Tou ",and all the other words were abolished. "It's no wonder that more than 900 years later, two top pop stars, Teresa Teng and Faye Wong, sang the word with their hearts, and the tune cadenced, revealing a somewhat detached charm in despair.
When he lived in Huangzhou, visiting Chibi was an important part of his daily life. He especially loves the night in Chibi. He often goes boating with friends, drinking and singing, and lets the boat drift with the tide. He drank in Chibi and wrote poems, leaving many poems behind. Among them, Niannujiao Red Cliff Nostalgia, Qianchibi Fu and Houchibi Fu are widely circulated. None of these three poems leave the wine. "Niannu jiao at the end of the year. "Red Cliff Nostalgia", he felt that "life is like a dream, and there is still a month for a bottle". "Red Cliff Fu" shows a panoramic view of the author and guests rowing, drinking and singing under the red cliff. Recite the poem "Bright Moon" and sing the chapter "My Fair Lady" in the evening. At dawn, "guests laugh, wash the lights more carefully, do the dishes, and the cups and plates are messy." "I don't know if the east is white. First, I wrote a poem intoxicated by the beautiful scenery, then I fell from the rise and fall of historical figures to the depression of short life, pros and cons, and finally I expounded the philosophy of "change" and "unchanging". My heart suddenly opened up and I sought relief from broad-minded optimism. It can be said that at the foot of the water, the mood is constantly changing and sublimating. Without the power of wine, how can it be so gorgeous? " "Hou Chibi Fu" wrote: It is the hope of October, and it will return to Lingao after stepping on Tang Xue. The two guests never gave Sakamoto the yellow mud. When frost and dew fall, the leaves of trees fall off. Figure on the ground, looking up at the bright moon, caring, singing and answering. He sighed: "there are guests without wine, wine without food, and the moon is white and clear." What is such a good night? The guest said, "At dusk today, you caught a fish with a big mouth and fine scales. It looks like a bass in Songjiang. How about the wine in Gu 'an? "Go home and find a woman. The woman said, "I've been fighting for wine and I've been hiding it for a long time for a rainy day." "So I swam to the red cliff with wine and fish. It can be seen that Su Shi's wife knows that he and his friends love to drink together and cherish wine like gold. Without this wine, I'm afraid it would be difficult to write such an emotional poem "Fu on the Back of the Red Wall".
Su Shi not only likes wine, but also makes a lot of good wine, which can be said to be the predecessor of medicinal liquor. In Huizhou, self-brewing,no. Luo Fuchun. In Huangzhou, he brewed mead. The so-called mead is made of honey. In Dingzhou, he used to make wine with pine mud. Feng Shihua's History of Wine in the Ming Dynasty: "When Dongpo was defending Dingzhou, he got pine paste in Quyang to make wine, because he was endowed with Zhongshan pine and labor." In "Zhongshan Songlao Fu", he himself said: "Spare it for Sang Yu and make Zhongshan Songlao." It is also called Song Laojiu "sweet and sour". In Hainan, he made real wine. In the introduction before the poem "Song of Real Wine", he repeatedly emphasized that "nature" is the best thing, and that real wine is a "natural medicine". Su Shi also brewed osmanthus wine in Hainan and wrote a ode to osmanthus wine. After the wine is made, the color is like jade, "the fragrance is transcendent and inhuman."
Su Shi likes wine, not only drinking wine, but also summing up his own wine-making experience and writing an article "Dongpo Wine Classic". The brewing process was described in detail. The whole brewing process is "completed within 30 days".
Su Shi likes drinking with like-minded friends. He doesn't drink much, but he is especially happy to see the guests raise their glasses. Su Shi's colleagues and subordinates often come to him with pots and pans. He especially likes drinking with ordinary people, so his relationship with local people has been very harmonious since then. "Every dog and chicken know each other wherever they go." No one is clever and stupid, but he is satisfied with him. "Unlike Liu Yuxi's inscription" No Ding Bai "in the Humble Administrator's Garden, he traveled to Ding Bai more often. When Su Shi went to the countryside, an old man over eighty stopped him and asked for a drink with him. He is very happy. He has a very harmonious relationship with the people and never puts on airs. The people don't regard him as an official, treat him as a brother and treat him warmly. It can be seen that wine is also the link between Su Shi and the people.
Su Dongpo loves wine, but he does not indulge in it. Usually he just dabbles. Unlike the drunk now, he is drunk and unconscious. When he was drinking and writing poems, what he wrote was mostly a kind of praise for life, or a kind of detached liberation after reflecting on the suffering of life after drunkenness. "Young Beauty" is the best example: "Raise a glass to persuade the horizon and the moon to be full. It is more important to raise a glass to persuade the flowering branches, hoping that the flowering branches will grow and not leave the slope. A glass of flowers is drunk before the moon, regardless of life and death. How many people can know this joy, don't drink before the flowers. " Su Shi wrote in "Gao Shulin Pavilion": Dongpo was lying on several chairs, drunk and full. The white clouds on the left are dazzling, and the Qingjiang River on the right is spinning around, opening the door into the forest. When it is, if you think without thinking, you will be ready for everything. Shame! Shame! "consideration" is the pain of being relegated; "Nothing to think about" means that his body and mind are completely melted in the white clouds fairyland, the flowing water of Qingjiang River and the lush forests. So what is his career storm? Who is "shameful"? It is really a shame that the local people accept the benefits of all things in nature, but eat all day and do nothing. It can be seen that Su Shi likes wine, but he doesn't play with it, let alone be played with it. After getting drunk, he thinks more about life, but he just likes the harmonious atmosphere created by wine and the creative spiritual feelings brought by wine.
