Guan Yongnian's life
1954 Learn Tai Chi Qigong and Tai Chi Ball from Tai Chi Jiu Jitsu master Mr. Zhong Zhao Dao.

In the late 1950s, he studied congenital qigong and unarmed boxing under the famous qigong master Mr. Hu.

Teacher Wang loves Tai Ji Chuan very much and learns from Zhao Zhongdao. Guan Yongnian has been exposed to Tai Chi's internal skills and has long been fascinated by Tai Ji Chuan's skill of combining rigidity with softness. Later, Hu taught him to push hands in Tai Ji Chuan, which made him more interested in Tai Ji Chuan. Later, he studied under the guidance of famous Tai Chi masters Cui and Wu, and got their guidance. At the same time, he often associates with peers such as Ma Youqing, Liu Jingru, Chen Zhaokui and Feng Zhiqiang. And * * * promotes learning; I often go to places where boxers from other schools practice boxing and concentrate on it. This has accumulated valuable experience for him to create his own great internal strength health boxing.

Since 1970s, Guan Yongnian has had the idea of creating his own Tai Ji Chuan. Because of this, he devoted himself to creating boxing after work. Whether walking, eating or even sleeping, all he thinks about is Tai Ji Chuan's posture, which really makes him never leave his hand.

He often mentioned it, and he especially thanked Mr. Wu Tunan. When I learned that Wu Tunan practiced boxing near the planetarium every day, I found the place where Wu Tunan practiced boxing, regardless of the long distance. When I saw Wu Tunan practicing boxing, I practiced Tai Ji Chuan where the old man had to pass. Watching him practice for a while, sidewalk, you are practicing Sun-style Tai Ji Chuan! A word from the old gentleman made Guan Yongnian familiar with him. Later, he became a frequent visitor to Wu Tunan's house and had to "drive out". Wu Tunan explained Tai Ji Chuan's various techniques to him in detail and taught him the essentials of Wu-style Tai Ji Chuan. Guan Yongnian's great internal strength health-keeping boxing is practiced quickly. According to him, this is due to Professor Wu Tunan's Taiji Kuaiquan.

Where there is a will, there is a way. After more than ten years of painstaking research, Guan Yongnian finally created Taiji internal strength health boxing. This boxing combines the strengths of all kinds of Tai Ji Chuan, Xingyiquan and Bagua Palm, focusing on learning kung fu. 1986, Hubei Science and Technology Publishing House and Nanyue Publishing House jointly published the manuscript of this set of boxing, entitled Guan Yongnian's Tai Chi Internal Fitness Boxing Manual. Encouraged by the younger generation, Mr. Wu Tunan gladly wrote the inscription "Authentic Taiji Biography" for this book.
