Fried sesame seeds
Wash the raw sesame seeds to prevent dust, then filter out the water with a sieve, heat the pot and stir-fry the sesame seeds in the pot until they crackle, which proves that they are ripe.
Beat sesame sauce
Add water to the fried sesame seeds and put them into a blender or juicer to break them into paste.
Add glutinous rice flour
Pour sesame paste into the pot and add sugar. Here I recommend putting rock sugar, adding a small amount of glutinous rice flour and cold water, and cooking it in a pot to the right consistency. The dryness of sesame paste can be controlled by yourself, just pay attention to the ratio of water to glutinous rice flour.
Stirring cooling
Sesame paste will be very hot after it comes out of the pot, so you need to feed it carefully. We can stir it repeatedly in the middle with a spoon, let it cool sufficiently before feeding the baby.
