Bitter gourd is also called cold melon. Has the effects of clearing away heat, clearing away heart fire, improving eyesight and detoxicating. Cooked people have the effects of nourishing blood, softening the liver, strengthening the spleen and tonifying the kidney. Can be used for treating stomach heat pain, damp-heat dysentery, vomiting and diarrhea, and hematuria. Has the effects of lowering blood sugar and resisting cancer. Ingredients: 2 bitter melons, pork stuffing 1 50g, bamboo shoots 50g, shallots 1 root, shrimp skin15g, ginger 5g, 2 cups of clear soup, salt 1/3 tablespoons, starch1soup.
Practice: 1. Wash the bitter gourd, cut it into centimeters thick, make it into a circle, and take out the seeds and pulp.
