How many walnuts is appropriate to eat a day?
Walnuts should be eaten for a long time.

The daily consumption of walnuts is 20-40g, which is equivalent to four or five walnuts. People with excessive internal heat and diarrhea cannot eat it. Four walnuts a day can prevent gallstones.

Walnuts are not easy to digest when eaten too much. Old people should take a small amount of walnuts. Children can eat walnuts, two or three a day.

Pregnant women may eat 20 walnuts a day for a healthy baby, which is unhealthy and difficult to digest! Eat 1 to 2 walnuts or 3-4 pecans every day, and just use less oil when cooking.

Note: the thin brown skin on the surface of walnuts is very nutritious. Don't pick it off.
