Here are seven kinds of tea in China. Do you like them?
1. Green tea: West Lake Longjing, Biluochun, Luan Guapian, etc. Baking green tea, including Taiping Monkey Kui, Huangshan Mao Feng, etc. Sun drying includes Yunnan green, Shaanxi green, Guiqing and so on. Enshi Youluqing steamed green tea.
2. Oolong tea: Oolong tea in northern Fujian mainly includes wuyi cinnamon, Dahongpao and Narcissus. Oolong tea in southern Fujian mainly includes Tieguanyin, Huang Jingui and Lan Qi. Guangdong Wulong mainly includes Fenghuang Dancong and Lingtou Dan Cong. Taiwan Province oolong tea mainly includes frozen top oolong tea, Bai Hao oolong tea and Wenshan Baozhong oolong tea.
3. Black tea: Wuyishan black tea, Yunnan Dianhong, Anhui Qimen black tea
4. Yellow tea: Weishan Maojian, Beigang Maojian and Wenzhou Tanghuang.
5. Black tea: Hunan black tea, Hubei old green tea, Sichuan border tea, yunnan black tea and Guangxi black tea.
6. White tea: Bai Hao Yinzhen, Bai Mudan, Gongcha and Shoucha.
7. Scented tea: It is a kind of tea unique to China, also known as smoked scented tea, scented scented scented tea and scented tea. Traditional scented tea is made from green tea, black tea, oolong tea blank and flowers that meet the edible needs and can smell fragrant by scenting process.
These teas are never fermented, lightly fermented, semi-fermented, fully fermented and post-fermented, and their taste, aroma and charm are different.
