The first way to eat antler soup paste is to put it in two pots respectively, soak it in cold water for 1 to 2 hours, then add water about 10 cm higher than the noodle soup, and fry it with slow fire for 1 hour. The soup of this material is repeatedly boiled and mixed with honey or rock sugar to form a thick paste, which has a good nourishing effect. Take 1 ~ 2 spoonfuls of clean food each time and take it with boiling water.

The second way to eat velvet antler is to chew it directly. This method is simple and easy, and is not limited by places, environments and other items. It has been favored by people since ancient times. Burn the raw materials with an alcohol lamp, scrape them clean, wrap the velvet with a cloth belt, pour hot white wine into the small holes on the saw mouth continuously to make them full and moist, then cut them into thin slices, flatten them, dry them in the sun, put them in a clean bottle, and take them at will, each time 1 or 2 tablets under the tongue.

Pilose antler can be made into tea. Generally, the processed antler pieces are directly put into a cup filled with boiling water, covered tightly and soaked for a few minutes, which can be used as tea and nourishing. This method can soak 0.3 to 0.5g in tea every day. If it is used as medicinal tea to treat diseases, the amount of pilose antler can be increased appropriately, or according to the amount said by knowledgeable people.
