The project covers an area of 373 mu, with a construction area of 400,000 square meters and a total investment of 65.438+0.2 billion yuan. Convenient transportation, Panhe Park in the north, Ganoderma Garden in the south, Longtan Road in the east and Yingsheng Road in the west. It's an out-of-print multi-storey house. Project layout

1. Planning structure: one main shaft and three centers.

Main axis: the landscape axis running through the north and south.

Three centers: one center is for the development and relocation of plots, and the school is self-centered.

2. Fully considering the characteristics of land use, the residential area is dominated by multi-storey houses, followed by high-rise buildings. Commercial facilities are located in the east and south of the community.

3. In order to meet the fire protection requirements, an entrance is set along the East Street, an entrance along the street is set on the south side, and a fire escape is set locally. The entrance is designed as a landmark building, which not only enhances the identifiability of the residential entrance, but also enriches the urban street space.

4. Commercial buildings along the street should be equipped with fire exits and pedestrian walkways, which are connected with internal roads in residential areas.

5. There are two green areas in the residential area, east and west respectively, and there is greening between residential units. The combination of the two makes the whole community full of green. Set up an outdoor sports field in the center of the plot for the use of the whole community.

6. In order to meet the parking demand and increase the green space, the garage is set on the ground floor of the multi-storey residence and the green parking lot is set in the courtyard space.
