The service object of home-based care for the aged is the elderly who are over 60 years old and have service needs in the whole community, with emphasis on the extremely poor elderly, the elderly who have made special contributions, the lonely elderly and the empty nesters.
Home-based care for the aged: professional home service and community day care service are the main forms, and professional services from old-age care institutions are introduced.
Home care fees: paid, low compensation, free. The government gives certain subsidies to the poor elderly, the elderly who have made special contributions and the elderly who live alone, and gives subsidies to help the elderly by purchasing services and arranging public welfare posts.
