Anhui Shitai Dashan Village is known as the first selenium-enriched village in China. Located in the west of Guniujiang Scenic Area, there are mountains in the mountains and mountains outside, so it is called Dashan. The Dashan village government is 70 miles away, with a closed environment and inconvenient transportation. There is only one way out of this mountain. An ancient village of 230 people was built at the foot of a mountain nearly 1000 meters above sea level. The average selenium content in general soil is only 0.2 mg/kg, and the selenium content in Dashan village soil is as high as 4.4 mg/kg, which is 20 times that of ordinary soil, between Ziyang, Shaanxi Province and Shien, Hubei Province. It is the third natural selenium-enriched area besides Shien and Ziyang. The newly discovered natural selenium-enriched area in Dashan village covers an area of about 2000 mu. Mr. Wang Guangyi, a professor at China University of Science and Technology and vice chairman of China Trace Element Science Research Association, said that such a large-scale and high-content selenium-enriched area is rare in China. Treasure is unknown in the mountains. Once it is found, it will spread all over the world.
