What does directional training for normal students mean?
The directional training of normal students is a directional training plan for rural primary school teachers.

Directed normal students, a more comprehensive name is the policy of "three orientations" to train rural primary school teachers. The so-called "three orientations" means "targeted enrollment, targeted training and targeted employment".

Directed normal students are measures and policies formulated by local governments to solve the shortage of teachers resources in rural areas, especially in remote and hard areas. The government funds the training of rural teachers.

The policy of orienting normal students varies from place to place, but the basic "three orientations" are the same. In line with the principle of voluntariness, we will recruit students from high school graduates, and after completing the required training in normal colleges, enrich the oriented normal students and reach the predetermined rural teacher posts.

As a teacher training measure paid by the government, candidates usually sign a contract with the government when choosing to register, stipulating the rights and responsibilities of both candidates and the government, as well as the way of compensation for breach of contract.
