1976- 1978, as an educated youth who went to the countryside, jumped the queue to work at the foot of Lushan Mountain in Jiujiang, Jiangxi. From planting and picking tea to making and tasting tea, I deeply experienced and systematically studied the original ecological traditional techniques of China tea, which laid a foundation for cultivating good tea tasting habits.
1978- 1982, admitted to Nanjing Institute of Posts and Telecommunications, majoring in communication engineering. During my college years, I insisted on martial arts training. After graduation, I began to practice Yang-style Tai Ji Chuan and Dayangong.
1985- 1988, studying for a master's degree at China University of Science and Technology. During the postgraduate period, I studied Tai Ji Chuan with Wu Benhong and other teachers in Tai Ji Chuan. At China University of Science and Technology, he taught Tai Ji Chuan on a voluntary basis, and more than 300 teachers and students were taught.
From 2000 to 2004, he studied for doctoral degrees at National Defense University and University of Science and Technology Beijing. In his spare time, he studied China traditional culture, China tea ceremony and Tai Chi health preservation.
After studying and working, Mr. Ding is destined to learn from many folk masters, study and study the traditional culture of China seriously, and integrate many treasures of Chinese studies such as tea, Zen, boxing and medicine with the essence of Chinese studies.
From 65438 to 0988, Mr. Ding studied Tai Ji Chuan with Chen Shi, the tenth master of Tai Ji Chuan and the founder of Chen Shi's Tai Ji Chuan, and persisted to this day.
In 2004, Mr. Ding studied with Yang Foxing, the fifty-first founder of China, and learned a lot of precious essence of meditation from Yang Foxing.
In 2008, Mr. Ding studied under the famous centenarian Chinese medicine practitioner, health care scientist and founder professor of Qi-learning in China, and studied and studied Qi-learning method which originated from traditional medicine in China.
In addition, in recent years, Mr. Ding came across a set of "Tai Chi" regimen handed down by Liu Bowen, and obtained extremely valuable first-hand information on traditional regimen and practice in China.
