The heating principle of floor heating is mainly realized by heating cables, which are generally composed of resistance wires made of nickel alloy. After passing through the sealed and waterproof junction box, the heating cable is connected to the cold wire, and then voltage is applied to the cold wire. In this process, current flows through the heating cable. The resistance wire inside the heating cable will hinder these currents to a certain extent, resulting in the conversion of electric energy into heat energy and radiation, so the thermal efficiency of the cable can reach above 97%.
Second, the structure
1, electric heating film floor heating structure
The electrothermal film heating system is different from the point heating system represented by radiator, air conditioner and radiator and the line heating system represented by heating cable.
2, heating cable floor heating structure principle
Heating cable is a kind of cable structure, which uses electricity as energy source and alloy resistance wire for heating to achieve the effect of heating or insulation.
3. Structure principle of carbon crystal floor heating
Carbon crystal floor heating system is a new type of floor low-temperature radiant heating system developed with carbon crystal heating plate as the main heating component. Carbon crystal floor heating system makes full use of the excellent planar heating characteristics of carbon crystal plate, and the whole floor is heated synchronously during heating, so that the floor heat balance effect is good.
Extended data:
Structure of floor heating system
Underground: 25mm-thick high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe is filled with water, forming a closed circulating pipeline to transfer heat between the house and the underground.
The pipeline is connected to vertical underground wells with a diameter of1.2-1.8m. The specific number and depth of underground wells depend on the location and size of the house. After that, the pipes will be merged and connected to transport warm water to the underground wall. Backfilling each borehole with grouting (or reinforced cement slurry made of fly ash) has achieved maximum geothermal conductivity.
Indoor: The water pump is used to make the water in the pipeline flow through the core of the system, which acts as a geothermal heater similar to air conditioners and heating stoves. Geothermal heaters use refrigerants and warm water in underground pipelines to heat or cool air.
The air after temperature change is radiated to the room through the standard piping system, which plays the role of adjusting the room temperature, and its effect is exactly the same as that of using the standard heating and air conditioning system. In addition, through a device called desuperheater, geothermal components can also use excess heat to heat domestic water without increasing any cost.
