(1) steel binding shall be carried out according to the drawings, and the binding shall be firm and accurate. Pay attention to the thickness of protective layer and check it from bottom to top. Cushion blocks shall be properly set and firmly bound to prevent falling during pouring.

(2) In order to ensure the appearance quality of the structure, the contractor is required to use steel formwork and conventional release agent, and it is forbidden to use waste engine oil or diesel oil as release agent. Formwork shall have sufficient rigidity to prevent obvious distortion and deformation during concrete pouring. After the formwork is assembled, it should be smooth and round, with tight joints and no slurry leakage. For the template, should support firmly, the tension of the anchorage system should be balanced, to ensure that the template support is firm, no displacement, no tilt. When checking the formwork, check the verticality of the formwork, the geometric center of the formwork, the design center of the bottom of the pier or abutment, the overall size and stability of the formwork. Supervisors should carefully check that the formwork anchorage system cannot cross contact with the support, so as to prevent the shaking of the support from affecting the stability of the formwork and ensure the accuracy of the verticality, overall dimensions and plane position of the pier.

(3) When pouring concrete, when the pouring height exceeds 2m, a series of rollers or chutes shall be equipped for blanking, so as to prevent the concrete from being directly dumped to produce segregation and affect the quality. If the string tube cannot be configured due to dense steel bars, the hose at the front end of the concrete pump truck must be lengthened, poured in layers and vibrated reasonably, which is the key process to ensure the appearance quality of the pier. Excessive vibration and insufficient vibration will cause serious harm to the internal and external quality of concrete. Therefore, before concrete pouring, the vibrating technical level of concrete vibrator should be checked, and if necessary, the contractor should be required to conduct pre-job training for the vibrator to ensure that the concrete is light inside and light outside.

(4) After concrete pouring, keep in good health in time, and the measures for keeping in good health depend on the outside temperature. At room temperature, water should be sprayed after covering or wrapping, and the maintenance should be not less than 7d. Winter construction shall be handled according to the requirements of winter construction.
