Mention? , is it mentioned? Lots of work? The tendons on the back of acupoints connect all the links of the whole spine. If this tendon can be lifted, all the links in the spine will naturally become beads. Only the bright spots under the umbilicus rotate and combine to form the boxing potential.

The ninth layer of time: void biochemistry.

This should be the highest state of physical cultivation, invisible and without image, sometimes without desire or desire, without the slightest affectation. Boxing potential does not come from hands, feet and body, but from the heart like a clear spring, and this heart is Aryan knowledge. Might as well get close to this organization. This point is not loose, but loose, not empty and empty, the body and mind have merged, and the news is the same, as if. The practitioner doesn't know that I am practicing boxing, but he is still practicing boxing, and gradually he doesn't know boxing and me.

When I practiced in Xiaoheyan and Luxun Children's Park in August of last century, not only squirrels were released, but owls also walked at night. There is nothing but people now. So many people practice Tai Ji Chuan, mostly for fitness, and Tai Ji Chuan does have the function of keeping fit and ward off evil spirits. The third is to exaggerate the efficacy of pushing hands. Pushing hands is nothing but a game. This kind of game is beneficial to improve the stability of hearing and skin center of gravity, but it is powerless in dealing with actual combat. Try those children who practice boxing and Sanda. Don't think that people won't dare to hit you because you are old. Don't forget that newborn calves are not afraid of tigers.
