Spring therapeutic massage meridian
From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, meridians are the support of the human body. Once blocked, various diseases will occur. Therefore, we should pay attention to the health of meridians in daily life. Rubbing the following acupoints frequently can regulate the meridians and achieve the effect of health care and longevity.

Hegu point

If we think of our thumb and forefinger as two towering mountains, there is a valley at the junction of the two mountains, which is the origin of the name "Hegu", which is the point where the qi and blood of the large intestine converge. Regular massage can supplement the qi and blood of the whole meridian of the large intestine. In addition, Chinese medicine says "facial paralysis is mouth-to-mouth", which means that Hegu point has the function of clearing away heat and relieving pain, and can be used to treat head and face diseases.

Acupoint location: thumb and forefinger are closed, at the highest point of muscle.

Massage technique: press the thumb of the right hand on Hegu point of the left hand, with the thumb pulp facing the side of the second metacarpal bone, and rotate and knead until it hurts. You can press it 30 times in the morning, 30 times in the middle and 30 times in the evening, which is better.

Sanyinjiao point

This point is the intersection of the spleen meridian of Foot Taiyin, the kidney meridian of Foot Shaoyin and the liver meridian of Foot Jueyin, so it is widely used. It can not only tonify spleen and blood, but also regulate liver and kidney, and is very effective for dyspepsia and gynecological diseases.

Acupoint location: Sit with your knees bent at right angles, except your thumb, and put the other four fingers together at the highest point on the inside of your ankle. The intersection point between the midline of your calf and your fingers is Sanyinjiao.

Massage technique: first press down with your thumb and then knead for about 1 min each time, and then stop for 10 sec. Or press and knead this point clockwise. Note that pregnant women should avoid pressing Sanyinjiao.

Yongquan point

Yongquan point is the first point of kidney meridian. Pressing and stimulating this acupoint every day can improve neurasthenia, help sleep and enhance the body's ability to prevent diseases.

Acupoint location: located at the sole of the foot, where the foot surface is sunken when the foot is curled.

Massage technique: After washing your feet every day, rub Yongquan point on both soles with your thumb for about 10 minute. People with neurasthenia can extend the massage time to 20 minutes.

Guanyuan point

Guan Yuan, as the name implies, kept his vitality under control and prevented it from leaking out. Guanyuan is the intersection of Foot, Sanyin and Renmai. Regular massage can replenish vitality, warm kidney and dispel cold.

Acupoint location: about four fingers below navel.

Massage technique: Rub the lower abdomen 100 around Guanyuan point for 200 times until the lower abdomen is hot.

Zusanli

Zusanli is one of the main acupoints of the stomach meridian of Zuyangming, and it is also an important acupoint for tonifying the whole body. Regular massage can play a role in regulating the spleen and stomach, invigorating the middle energizer, dredging meridians, expelling wind and removing dampness, and strengthening the body resistance and eliminating pathogens.

Acupoint location: the depression below the lateral side of the kneecap is about 4 fingers wide.

Massage technique: press 100 200 times with thumb and abdomen until you feel sore (if you can cooperate with moxibustion, the effect will be better). During moxibustion, the moxa stick is slowly moved up and down along Zusanli point to make the local skin red, so as not to burn the local skin, once a week 1 2 times, each time 15 20 minutes.

Fengchi point

Fengchi is an important acupoint of gallbladder meridian of foot shaoyang, and it is also the intersection of gallbladder meridian and impotence pulse. All diseases caused by pathogenic wind are the main indications of this point. Rubbing this point frequently can play the role of expelling wind, resisting evil, strengthening yang and benefiting qi.

Acupoint location: the earlobes on both sides of the posterior hamstring are parallel.

Massage technique: Before pressing Fengchi point, warm your palm, and then press it with your thumb for about 3-4 minutes until you feel sore.
