Season with organic raw sucrose, brown sugar or pure honey when eating. It can tonify kidney and relieve cough, and has auxiliary medical effect on asthma. Bushen Jianpi, you can cook raw fish or lean broth with ginkgo, peaches, lotus seeds and lilies. Otherwise, ginkgo can also be added to the daily dishes.

It should be noted that ginkgo must be simmered slowly. The dosage should not exceed 20 capsules.
