The secret lies in the breathing method. The breathing method of hard qigong is quite special, and the method of fixing qi by luck belongs to the secret recipe. The hard qigong introduced in this paper is comprehensively analyzed from the aspects of nourishing qi, refining qi, exhausting beating and sealing qi. Formed a set of systematic, comprehensive, true and effective hard qigong training techniques. This is called warm cultivation, which aims to cultivate childish qi from an early age. Whether a person's vitality is full or not determines the strength of hard qigong, and the key method to cultivate vitality is to warm up. This skill can be practiced alone or together, whenever you have time.

Work: Knock on your teeth 36 times, rinse your mouth with saliva a few times, then swallow it into your stomach three times, rub the hot bath surface with your hands and open your eyes for a while.

3. Refined gas

(1) Lohan holds the abdomen: Stand naturally, take off your coat and relax your belt, and relax all over. Eat gas, put your hands on your chest at the same time, and gently press to your lower abdomen, hoping to bring gas back to Dantian. After swallowing, I intend to swallow the gas straight into my stomach.

In the abdomen, at the same time, I want to put my hands together (male left hand, female right hand) and stick them on the lower abdomen. Hold your breath for 8- 10 seconds after swallowing and stay in the abdomen. Then exhale slowly through your nose. Repeat 49 breaths. This type of attention is not difficult, attention is concentrated and the body naturally relaxes.

(2) Dapeng spreads its wings: tie the waist and umbilical cord with a belt (silk or training belt), which is tight enough to force two fingers to be inserted, the same below. Whether to stand "ma bu" or "ma bu" or "ma bu" depends on everyone's situation. Inhale through your nose, and at the same time, lift your palms from the front direction to your sides and shoulders. Inhale fully, blow hard through the nose, and bulge your abdomen. At the same time, the palms are cut flat on the chest, the toes grasp the ground, the teeth are clenched, the anus is closed and the yin is lifted, and the whole body is exerted. This type focuses on the coordination of whole body strength, such as air jet, abdominal shaking, hand splitting, toe grasping, grinding teeth and so on. Then relax and exhale the residual air through your nose. Keep the posture unchanged and repeat the above actions and breathing for 49 times. Pay attention to being fast and fierce when blowing, but use force step by step to prevent explosion and injury. In addition, try to relax when inhaling, and try your best when spraying, one is loose and one is tight, and the tightness should be clear.

(3) King Kong glared: the posture is the same as above. The left hand clenched fist on the left waist, and the right hand attached to the right waist in the form of palm root. Eat slowly in the inverted waist style, and at the same time tighten your body, buckle your toes, grind your teeth, close your anus and lift your yin, and push your abdomen with your right waist with your right hand.

Before, keep your palm up and slowly insert it vertically into the top of your head. When you insert them into your chest, you will grit your teeth, your neck will be stiff, your eyes will be angry, and your head will shake hard. When you insert your finger into your forehead, you will only be stuffed with food and stop inserting it. Close it slightly for 2 seconds, suddenly relax, and exhale slowly through the nose, repeating 49 times.

The purpose of this formula is to breathe heavily on the head, pay attention to exertion when eating gas, and relax when exhaling. Dapeng spreads its wings and King Kong shines. You can practice any style first. Because it requires exertion and consumes a lot of energy, the two types can breathe naturally several times or have a rest, but not more than 1 minute.

The above methods of refining qi are aimed at stimulating people's potential and are the key links to improve the function of hard qigong. The combination of practice and exercise is the true meaning of qigong. The two complement each other and cannot be neglected. However, they don't have to practice at the same time every time. It is best to practice Qigong regularly every morning and evening for about 30-45 minutes, and you can practice Qigong at any time.

Precautions: (1) Tinnitus, blushing, tears, fatigue, etc. may occur at the initial stage of training. This is a normal focus response or functional response, which should be left to its own devices and will generally disappear after half a month. Later, the more you practice, the more energetic you are, but if you don't practice, you will feel uncomfortable. (2) Generally, after practicing for one month, you will feel abdominal sensation or even air mass, or you will feel itchy, numb, bloated and jumping. Let it be. After practicing for 60- 100 days, you will feel energetic, strong and full of blood, and you can lead the way initially. (3) It takes about 270 days to practice this skill, and it should be uninterrupted before gas fixation. (4) In case of nocturnal emission, nocturnal emission and sexual life, stop practicing Qigong and embracing the abdomen with Lohan the next day to avoid injury. (5) Married people abandon their energy after practicing for a period of time. Not only can they not indulge themselves, but they should also try their best to control themselves. (6) This job consumes a lot of physical strength, so we should pay attention to nutrition and adequate sleep. (7) Because you have to swallow your breath, you should try to practice in a place with fresh air. (8) Half an hour before meals and one hour after meals should be measured, and you can't practice.

Peta cultivation method

This skill can produce strong hard qigong functions if you keep practicing, such as fighting and breaking bricks and stones. Playing is only to speed up and strengthen the function of resisting hard and sharp, and enhance the confidence of martial arts and performance. After practicing this skill 150 to 200 days, I feel full of blood and vitality, and I can draw away the qi, so I can practice the so-called iron-toed skills, iron throat skills, iron bucket skills, iron fist and iron arm skills, and iron leg skills. Through luck, it can also play an auxiliary role in relaxing muscles and activating blood circulation and opening up qi pulse. Now described as follows:

1. Beat the abdomen: inhale through the teeth, the abdomen sinks, beat the upper, lower, left and right abdomen with the palm of your fist for 24 times, and at the same time emit a "ha" sound jet, tighten the abdominal muscles and merge foreign objects, hoping that the abdomen will resist external forces. Take a breath, you can spray a few breaths, spray a few breaths and clap a few times. (the same below)

2, chest thumping: reverse abdominal breathing method inhales through the teeth, and at the same time intentionally lifts the air to the chest and tightens the chest muscles. For example, if you hit the left chest 24 times, and then hit the right chest 24 times, you will make a "hum" sound.

3. Waist beating: lean forward, inhale and beat the abdomen, and inject air into the waist. If you hit the waist and sides 24 times, you will make a "hey" sound. Pay attention to gently pat the kidney.

4, hitting the back: the reverse breathing method inhales through the teeth, intending to lift the back through the perineum of the abdomen, tightening the back muscles with both arms forward, hitting the wall with the back, making a "hum" sound when hitting, and hitting it in one breath. Or ask someone to pat the back 24 times and make a "buzzing" sound when hitting.

5. Hit the ribs: breathe in the same row and hit the abdomen, and air is injected into the ribs. First hit the left rib 24 times, then hit the right rib 24 times, and make a "hey" sound when hitting.

6, iron head method: the foot is about one and a half feet away from the wall, and the head is against the wall. The reverse breathing method inhales along the top of the midline of the body, listens to the gas, clenches the teeth, has a stiff neck, and rubs the wall from side to side with the top of the head. I can't hold my breath and breathe through my nose. I want to exert an external force on my head to push the wall, and at the same time I force my hand down. Then relax and exhale. Keep your head away from the wall and practice for 5- 10 minutes. Stand, breathe as above, pat the top of your head 24 times and make a "hum" sound.

7. Iron throat method: Breathing with air method has the same head function, that is, breathing is full, breath is closed, teeth are clenched, neck and throat are forced, and the middle finger is pricked at the tiantu point (depression) under the throat. After half a month, stick on chopsticks, hold chopsticks with one hand, and beat the head of chopsticks with the other hand. When chopsticks can be broken without injury, use chopsticks instead.

8, iron fist iron arm method: do push-ups with the fist face on the ground, slowly inhale with the nose when bending the elbow, spray with the nose when propping up, and intend to rush to the forearm and fist face. Pay attention to the elbow slowly bending and sinking, and hold it up quickly. Then, stand up, inhale from your stomach, hit the tree, door frame or heavy sandbag with the whip of your forearm, and make a "hey" sound at the same time.

9, iron leg training method: luck leg with breathing method, first hit the left leg and then hit the right leg, first hit the inside and then hit the outside, and make a "hey" sound when playing. Then kick the tree, wall or heavy sandbag with the outer edge of the sole, and make a "hey" sound when hitting.

The above is rehearsal, which is an important part of hard qigong exercise. This platoon is equipped with vocal strength, which is powerful and powerful, preventing internal injuries and not "killing" strength, and plays an important role in improving the explosive power and lethality of Wushu.

Sealed solid gas method

After 270 days' practice of internal skill (gas refining), you can generally promote qi circulation and dredge collaterals.

If it is unobstructed, you can practice sealing gas. The sealing gas is also called "barrel binding" and "barrel sealing". After the solid gas is sealed, it can be used and executed. It should be noted that Fenggu Qigong is kept secret to some extent in the palace. In the past, Master never taught it easily, but now some people use it to mystify, and even say that it is unrealistic to seal Qigong for decades. The purpose of sealing qi is to strengthen and consolidate the curative effect, which plays a great role in improving the skill and can make the practitioner's skill reach a new level. However, it still takes years of practice to make the skills profound.

Appliance: prepare a stone shoulder or carry a sports bell. Its weight is just enough for me to lift it with both hands, and I can't lift it that heavy.

Methods: At about 6 o'clock every morning, fasten your belt, separate your feet shoulder-width apart and stand in front of the stone calmly. Inhale through your nose, then hold your breath, bend over, palms up, according to your kindness.

Grasp the lifting stone according to the principle of convenient exertion, slowly lift the stone shoulder to the elbow level (the forearm is the same height as the elbow), at the same time, close the anus and lift the yin, buckle the toes, grit your teeth, use all your strength to straighten your upper body, slowly put down the stone shoulder, and then stand and relax and exhale. Repeat the above actions for 49 times. The key to acrobatics is to hold your breath and lift the stone bear slowly, but fast enough for you to bear. If you can't finish 49 times in a row, you can rest several times in the middle and breathe naturally several times each time, but the rest interval can't exceed 1 minute. In addition, if you are thirsty, you can drink a small glass of milk in advance and start practicing every few minutes, or get up early to eat and practice once an hour. In short, we should arrange flexibly according to everyone's situation, but the requirements for practicing martial arts remain unchanged.

Matters needing attention: (1) 18 days, practice once every morning, and stop practicing the rest, but you can practice qigong more. (2)/kloc-You can't have sex and nocturnal emission within 0/8 days, otherwise it will be invalid and you should practice again. (3) During the practice, be calm and less distracted. In order to prevent you from losing your precious baby, you can curl up and lie down at night. (4) Fatigue and ocular congestion are normal. In the first week of training, it usually disappears after one week, and then the strength increases greatly. He is full of energy and physical strength. He seems to have inexhaustible strength in his gestures, and he often has the desire to do something. (5) Ensure sleep and nutrition when practicing. (6) Practicing this skill is most likely to damage the waist, which is "flashing waist". Be careful when practicing, don't push hard at once.
