Ingredients: scallop, white radish, pork spine, edible salt, celery, pepper and star anise.
1. Pick and wash the celery you bought and remove its leaves.
2. Clean the pig spine, put it in a pot with cold water, put star anise and pepper in the pot, blanch for about five minutes, take it out, wash it with warm water for several times, and drain the water for later use.
3. Peel the bought white radish and cut it into white radish pieces. Wash the celery leaves that have just been picked, cut a few knives and put them in a bowl for later use.
4. Put the cooked pork spine into a casserole, pour in appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil. It will be whiter and thicker in the soup of pig bones.
5. After the soup of pig spine is boiled, add the scallops that have just been soaked and continue to cook for about an hour.
6. After one hour, add the chopped white radish pieces, stir fry a few times, let the white radish enter the soup, cover the lid, turn to low heat after the fire is boiled, and simmer the soup slowly. Add a few drops of sesame oil and proper amount of edible salt when drinking soup.
