2 English reference Zhu Zhenheng [Chinese Medicine Terminology Committee. Terminology of Traditional Chinese Medicine (2004)]
3 Note Zhu Zhenheng (128 1 1358) was a physician in Yuan Dynasty [1], one of the four schools in Jin and Yuan Dynasties [1]. The founder of "Ziyin School". Yanxiu, also known as Danxi [2]. Wuzhou (now Yiwu, Zhejiang) Yiwu people [2]. He studied the Four Books and Five Classics and Zhu Cheng Neo-Confucianism since childhood, and began to study medicine after he was thirty [2]. He visited famous doctors in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui and then studied medicine in Luo Zhi [2]. Seriously studying the ancient medical books such as Neijing was greatly influenced by Liu and Liu academically, which further developed Liu's fiery theory and advocated the theory that "Yang is more than yin is insufficient" [2]. According to Neijing, it is proved that "phase fire" often changes, and it is believed that the human body warms the viscera and promotes functional activities by "phase fire", but "phase fire" is easy to move wildly, and once it moves wildly, it will consume essence and blood and cause disease [2]. In terms of health, it advocates controlling appetite and nourishing yin [2]. In clinical treatment, it advocates nourishing yin to reduce fire and making good use of nourishing yin to reduce fire. Later generations called its academic school "Yangyin School" [2]. Yueju Pill, Dabuyin Pill and Qiongyu Plaster he created are still commonly used prescriptions [2]. Advocate clinical flexible drug use, and oppose the practice that some doctors ignored syndrome differentiation, mechanically applied Taiping Huimin Heji prescription and abused pungent drugs at that time [2]. He is the author of Ge Zhi Yu Lun, Dan Xi Xin Fa, Fang Ju Opera and Supplement to Materia Medica [2]. His theory is not only highly praised by doctors at home, but also has great influence abroad (such as Japan).
Because he lives in Danxi, he is also known as Mr. Danxi and Mr. Danxiweng. Wu people in Wuzhou (now Yiwu, Zhejiang) in Yuan Dynasty. At the beginning of Confucianism, he criticized Xu Qian's theory of human nature Xu is a master of Zhu Si Chuan, and Zhen Xuan made full use of it. After Xu became ill, the doctor couldn't cure him. At the age of 30, because of his mother's illness, he decided to study medicine and gave up his career. At that time, "Hutchison" prevailed in the Southern Song Dynasty, and the drugs for warming dryness were almost overused, which Zhu did not agree with. Is to seek teachers from all sides to correct the current disadvantages. I traveled all over the world and visited famous teachers. Later, I heard that Luo Zhi, a martial arts scholar, was the second disciple of Zhang Congzheng and Gaoli leader Liu Jin Su Wan and planned to go to school. Roche was stubborn, and Zhenheng paid his respects back and forth for ten times, standing under the door, and rain and snow could not change his mind. Roche was very moved and finally met him and said that he wanted to study medicine. Zhu was fascinated by famous doctors and his knowledge increased greatly. His basic skills have been very rich, and then his reputation has exploded. His school advocates that "Yang is always abundant and Yin is often insufficient" and forbids abstinence, so as not to fan the fire and blow up the true Yin, so as to obtain the position of "Yin Pingyang Secret". His self-made prescriptions, such as Dabuyin Pill and Qiongyu Ointment, were all valued by later generations and were honored as "nourishing Yin School". His works are very rich, such as Ge Zhi Yu Lun, Jin Gui Gou Xuan, Fang Ju Opera, Herbal Supplement and so on. There are also works compiled by his disciples, such as Danxi Medical Records, Danxi Medical Treatise, Pulse Diagnosis and Treatment Based on Syndrome Differentiation, and Danxi Heart Therapy, etc. In addition, there are a number of works signed by Danxi, which are actually under the guise of names, such as Medical Invention, Life Law and Explanation of Pulse Tactics. Many of his disciples, such as Dai Sigong and Lv Wang, have made achievements and passed on their knowledge.
Zhu Zhenheng is later than Liu and Liu, but in academic theory, he can be said to be a master of the first three.
Zhu Danxi is studious since childhood and has a strong memory. He can recite thousands of words every day. At the age of 30, he heard that a Mr. Xu Qian and Mr. Zhu studied under the Southern Song Neo-Confucianism, and went to learn from the teacher. He is knowledgeable and has profound attainments in literature, history and philosophy, and xu teacher also appreciates him. One day, Mr Xu said to him, "I have been ill for a long time. If I don't have a good doctor to treat me, I'm afraid I won't get well. " You are smart and love to learn. If you study medicine, you will become a good doctor. "When Dany was 30 years old, her mother suffered from stomach trouble, so she taught herself medical knowledge and cured her illness. She already knows something about medicine. After being reminded by the teacher, she gave up her career and concentrated on studying medicine.
He heard that Mr. Luo Zhi from Wulin County has excellent medical skills and is a physician. He was called "Mr Wu Tai", so he went to learn from the teacher. Luo Heti never accepts students, and his arrival is extremely unpopular. He was kicked several times. Later, someone quietly told Mr. Luo that he was a good student and was afraid of being criticized for being too cold. Luo Heti was deeply moved by his spirit. Hearing this, he called him into the house and asked, "Are you Zhu Yanhou?" At that time, Zhu Zhenheng had become a minor celebrity. At this time, at the age of 44, he began to study medicine under the guidance of his teacher. Luo Heti loved this student very much and gave him all his skills. Luo Heti, a disciple of Liu, is well versed in his academic theory. He can be said to be a master of many schools. He also explained books such as Neijing and Difficult Classics to Zhu Zhenheng in detail, so that he could see him treat diseases every day. A few years later, Zhu Danxi returned to the village, cured the teacher's illness that no one could cure for decades, and became famous in one fell swoop. At that time, doctors were limited by the Song Dynasty, so they could only use prescriptions and could not treat them according to syndrome differentiation, so they were ineffective. They regarded it as heresy and even chose their own prescription, but after seeing the magical effect, they were completely convinced, and some even wanted to worship him as a teacher.
Zhu Danxi lives in a relatively stable era. At that time, the rulers had fun all day, lived a luxurious life, lost their bodies and were weak. He founded a unique "consonant school" for this social phenomenon. He believes that the human body "often has more yang than yin", which is another important demonstration of Liu Huo's theory of heat and spleen and stomach. If the yang is too strong, if it is not appropriate to use warm drugs, we must use drugs that cool and nourish yin to cure this disease. At the same time, he also asked people to reduce food and appetite to control the "fire fighting" movement. In the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, human life can be divided into monarch fire and phase fire. Monarch fire is the fire of life, which marks the difference between life and death, while phase fire marks the vitality of human life and is the main driving force to support human life activities. Lustful drinking is easy to make the fire move, * * * mourning, and it consumes life greatly. Therefore, Zhu Danxi believes that this can neither be an impulsive attack nor a supplement. He combined the theories of Zhang and He, advocated nourishing yin therapy, and created many famous prescriptions handed down from ancient times. His theory can be said to be a master of four schools.
Zhu Danxi's works, Ge Zhi Yu Lun, Dan xi's New Law and Fang Ju Opera, have also become a generation of famous doctors in the history of China. The appearance of four famous doctors in Jin and Yuan Dynasties was a breakthrough and progress in medicine after the promulgation of the Bureau of Song Dynasty. They changed the medical atmosphere in which doctors stick to the old prescription and can't take the initiative to differentiate symptoms and signs, and actively faced practical problems and treated them according to symptoms and signs. Moreover, they are not conservative and unchangeable, and the establishment of their theory is also a way to correct the deviation academically. In clinical practice, they also attach great importance to dialectical analysis and will never be limited by their own theories. The attack method is also used for empirical patients, and Zhang also uses nourishing method when he meets the old, weak and sick, which may be an important reason for their success. Here, it gives us an inspiration, that is, when learning other people's theories, we should have a sensitive and thoughtful attitude, and understand the truth that "those who learn from me live as if I were dead". What we should learn is the way of thinking and academic characteristics, but we must use prescriptions flexibly, depending on the specific situation.
