Pingshan Village Committee is located in the southwest of hecheng town, east of Zaoping Mountain and surrounded by mountains. It is adjacent to Wuxing Village Committee in the southwest, Wanhe Village Committee in the north, and adjacent to the entrance of Caihongling Tunnel, the longest highway tunnel in Guangdong Province. With a total area of about 6.7 square kilometers, it governs seven natural villages, namely Shui Xin, Wayaopai, He 'nan, Longli, Li Jinshan, Kanxia and Hongcun. The cultivated land area is about 800 mu, and there are 447 households *** 1695 people in the village. Pingshan village is a pure Hakka village. The production of yuba has spread all over every household, and it is the most important and oldest yuba production base in Guangdong Province. In recent years, the yuba in Pingshan village has developed to standardization and scale, and there are about 60 yuba factories, all of which meet the production standards and are deeply loved and trusted by people all over Guangdong.

At present, the roads in all natural villages in the village are smooth, and the hard base rate of main villages has basically reached 100%. The village has a good social order and the people have a stable and United living environment. Under the new situation, Pingshan village Committee is not satisfied with the status quo.
