According to the differences of natural phenology and physique, reasonable mental, daily and dietary conditioning should be carried out for the health care of the solar terms.
In the solar terms of fright, I will focus on four common methods of physical health preservation.
First, the constitution of yin deficiency: The constitution of this kind of people is emaciation, fever in hands and feet, restless mood, little sleep, dry stool, yellow urine, intolerance in spring and summer, and liking cold drinks.
Health care methods:
1. Psychiatry. People with yin deficiency constitution are irritable and often upset and irritable, which is the reason why yin deficiency and fire disturb God. We should follow the health preserving method of "adding nothingness and hiding the spirit inside". Strengthen self-discipline and form the habit of calmness. Take part in less entertainment activities to win or lose and control your sex life.
2. Environmental adjustment. People with yin deficiency are afraid of heat and like cold, winter is easy to pass and hot summer is difficult to deal with. Therefore, qualified people can have a yang deficiency constitution every spring and summer: such people are white and fat, or pale, with warm hands and feet, long urine, loose stools, and are afraid of cold and heat.
Health care methods:
1. Psychiatry. People with insufficient yang spirit often show bad mood, fear or sadness. Such people should be good at adjusting their emotions, listening to more music and making more friends.
2. Environmental adjustment. People with yang deficiency constitution have poor adaptability to climate, so they should avoid cold and keep warm in winter, and pay attention to nourishing yang in spring and summer. To "bask in the sun insatiably", that is, bask in the sun more in spring and summer, not less than 15 to 20 minutes at a time. This can greatly improve the cold tolerance in winter.
3. Physical exercise. People with yang deficiency should strengthen physical exercise in spring, summer, autumn and winter, and take more walks, jogging, Tai Ji Chuan and Wuqinxi. Sunbathing and air bathing are indispensable ways to strengthen sunlight.
4. Diet conditioning. Eat more aphrodisiac foods, such as mutton, dog meat, chicken and venison. According to the principle of "nourishing yang in spring and summer", especially in the dog days of summer, eat "aconite porridge" (10g of aconite, stir-fry for 30 minutes first, add 150g of japonica rice to cook until cooked) or mutton aconite soup (65433).
Third, blood stasis constitution: those with dull complexion, dark lips, dry skin and black eyes are mostly those with blood stasis constitution. Go to the seaside, forest areas and mountainous areas for a holiday. It is best to choose a quiet living room and sit in a house facing south.
3. Diet conditioning. Its principle is to protect yin and hide yang, and eat more light food, such as glutinous rice, sesame, honey, dairy products, tofu, fish, vegetables, sugar cane and so on. Conditional people can eat some sea cucumber, nail fish, crab meat, white fungus, drake, cordyceps sinensis and so on. Eat less dry and spicy products.
4. Physical exercise. It is not appropriate to do excessive activities, and it is very important to nurse the liver and kidney. Tai Ji Chuan is a more suitable sport.
