Tai Ji Chuan's Eight Methods and Five Steps Action Decomposition
Tai Ji Chuan's eight-step and five-step action decomposition diagram is introduced as follows:

Tai Ji Chuan's eight methods refer to: eight basic movements, namely, bending, caressing, squeezing, pressing, picking, swinging and elbow;

These five steps are: forward, backward, caring, hope and decision. That is, forward, backward, left, right, and decision.

Tai Ji Chuan's eight methods and five steps can be divided into two parts:

Step by step action;

Second, move.

Step by step action: left potential

1. Start: The requirements are the same as those of the simplified 24-type Tai Ji Chuan.

2. Left-handed: Starting from the starting position, slightly turn right to hold the ball, and then push the left hand forward to become the left hand.

3, right stroke: connection, the left palm is extended forward, the right palm is turned over, under the left palm, on the right palm, and the force is retracted.

4, left extrusion: connection, right palm folded back, left wrist pressed forward to support Mingmen.

5. Double-press type: the right palm is wiped out from the left palm, the palms are facing down, and the opening is shoulder-width-wide, and then it is arc-shaped.

6. Right-handed style: grab the wrist with both hands and draw an arc to the right, with the center of the left fist up and the center of the right fist down.

7. Left hand posture: twist your wrists with both hands, turn left and cross, with the center of your right hand up and the center of your left hand down.

8. Left elbow pose: The left hand bends slightly into a fist, and the right hand helps push the elbow to the left.

9. Right-leaning type: conjoined type, in which both hands draw a small arc, the left palm is downward in front of the right shoulder, and the right fist eye is inward to the right.

Step by step action: the right type

1. Right-handed pose: conjoined pose. After holding the ball, slightly to the left, the right hand pushes forward, becoming a right-handed hand.

2, left stroke: connection, right palm forward, left palm flip, right palm down, left palm up, force back.

3, right extrusion: connection, the left palm is folded backwards, and the right wrist is pressed forward to support Mingmen.

4. Double-press type: the left palm is wiped out from the right palm, the palm is down, the opening is shoulder width, the arc is retracted, and then the arc is pressed.

5. Left-handed picking: grab the wrist with both hands and draw an arc to the left to pick it down, with the center of the right fist up and the center of the left fist down.

6. Right-handed posture: twist your wrists with both hands, turn right and cross, with the center of your left hand up and the center of your right hand down.

Third, the dynamic step action:
