The law of the ups and downs of Yin and Yang in heaven and earth, and the truth of soul communication between the sun and the moon can all be calculated by mathematics. As long as the human heart, kidney, qi, fluid, liver, lungs and soul run daily according to the law, how can they remain unchanged for years?

The fifth step of health care method: Yang is generated during divination, and kidney and liver qi meet during divination. Before that, put on clothes, hold them firmly in a quiet room, straighten your legs, squat down, instantly raise your head, hold your chest out, tilt your head back a little, and close your spine clamp and jade pillow. Slightly fan your elbow back once or twice, stretch your waist, and start from the point on the back of your tail, so as to gather qi for customs clearance. When qi rises from your waist, keep it on your spine. Don't open the spine. When you feel angry and particularly hot, gradually open Jiaji point, deflate it, still put your back against the back of your head, close Yuzhen point, and don't open it for the time being. When you feel a lot of gas and particularly hot, gradually open the jade pillow and inhale into your mind to nourish the mud pill marrow sea. If the gas in your waist doesn't rise, you should sit still and look inward. Do it again, and you can stop running when you arrive in Yin Shi from clown. This is called flying gold crystal after elbow, also called drawing lead.

Content analysis: This step is the most difficult step among all techniques, and it was also called "reborn" by the ancients. After you pass, you will gradually feel that your body and mind will be obviously different, so the more fully prepared before this step, the easier it is to succeed.

First, the scientific principle of this step.

Let's talk about the trend of the main qi in the human body. As shown in the picture below, people stand sideways, with their chests on the right and their backs on the left. The movement of Qi is clockwise. In front of it is our Ren meridian, and there are three dantian fields. Behind it is our governor. It's sad that there are three passes on the Du meridian, namely, the tail, the clip ridge and the jade pillow. The Du meridian is close to the skin and the channel is narrow, so it is difficult to get through the Du meridian. Most people are stuck in a jade pillow with a ridge all their lives, and the passage in front of Zhongdian and Xiadantian is spacious, thick and accessible.

After gas enters the body from the outside, it circulates back and forth in Zhongtian and Xiadantian, that is, gas and liquid are transformed each other. After a long time, more and more gas and liquid are stored in Xiadantian. Coupled with slow fire, it will start to impact the rest place, that is, the tail and leg meridians. Whether to let qi pass through the tail meridian or the leg meridian, or both, is a key issue.

There are eight meridians and twelve meridians in the human body. Ren Du's two veins belong to the eight veins in the strange classics. The meridians in the leg belong to the twelve meridians, and the eight odd meridians are the most difficult to pass, while the twelve meridians is one level lower. In my research, it is more difficult to get through the Ren and Leg meridians first, and then get through the Du meridian, especially for those who meditate longer, the more difficult it is to get through the Ren and Du meridians. The best and quickest way is to get through the second pulse of Ren Du first, and then get through the twelve meridians, which is the most efficient method.

Let me explain why this happened. Suppose there is a stone blocking the road ahead, and it takes a lot of energy to destroy it. If people want to break it, what should they do? Regardless of the harm caused by rebound, according to the kinetic energy formula: kinetic energy = mass x speed x speed /2, the greater the mass, the greater the movement speed and the greater the kinetic energy. That is to say, the greater a person's weight, the faster the speed, the stronger the hitting power. Because it is multiplied by two speeds, the faster the speed increases, the more destructive power will be multiplied, which is the saying goes, "The martial arts in the world are only fast and unbreakable."

Many people are keen on meditation. "Sedentary needs meditation" has also become the motto that many people insist on. In my opinion, this sentence is like "reading a book a hundred times before you know its meaning". For peace and security, you don't need to say too much, just do it. For those who are slightly mature in mind and initially form three views, more mature people should understand why to sit, why to read, how to sit and how to read is the most important.

Too much meditation, okay? Of course, as I said before, meditation is equivalent to blocking the waist, so the qi and blood can't reach the lower abdomen, the passage is blocked, the space is reduced, but the amount remains the same, so the pressure is increased (for example, if the balloon blown out is squeezed hard, the space inside is less, which is easy to explode), and the qi and blood circulate around the blocked place. When the blocked place is washed away, the double disk is blocked the most tightly, so the pressure is the greatest when it is double-disk.

This is the way to get through the upper leg meridians. The more people meditate, the more meridians in the legs are connected. People who don't meditate or rarely meditate, most of the meridians in their legs are not opened, and one leg is blocked. On the premise that the volume of Xiadantian remains the same, sit cross-legged at this stage (if you look at the method carefully, you will find that you will start cross-legged at this stage), and press down the leg meridians so that qi and blood cannot reach the legs and abdomen.

The method of "chest, head slightly tilted, spine closed and jade pillow clamped" is to help block the passage, provide resistance, and make the air in the passage move more violently and with greater pressure. Once released, it will be as violent as the current when the dam breaks through the checkpoint.

"Squatting down and abdomen lifting up instantly" is an activity, which is equivalent to increasing the heat of the lower abdomen, cooperating with deep abdominal breathing in breathing method (equivalent to giving the abdomen a tail impact), and accelerating breathing, which is equivalent to burning the liquid in the abdomen with fire.

Through these actions, the space in the lower abdomen will become smaller, the temperature will rise, and the gas molecules inside will move more violently. According to the above kinetic energy formula, at this time, the kinetic energy will reach the maximum, and it is easy to break the tail, further break the jade pillow and open the Du meridian. After that, the body will have a qualitative leap, and the body's qi will become stronger and stronger. Sitting cross-legged will get twice the result with half the effort.

If you get through the leg meridians first, you will lose a lot of pressure to help Dantian Qi attack the Du Meridian, which is why many people can't get through the Du Meridian. Therefore, to achieve this goal, we should meditate less before. Of course, people who meditate for a long time will practice their cardiopulmonary function very well, and I think they should be able to get through the Du meridian.

Second, supplement exercise methods.

In order to complete this step better, we should do some exercises to help.

(a) Reverse abdominal breathing+levator ani.

As mentioned earlier, there are six levels of breathing. The previous method is mainly abdominal breathing, which belongs to slow fire and pays attention to quietness, while this step is mainly abdominal breathing, which belongs to martial fire and pays attention to speed and urgency. If you want to break through the three levels, you must practice this well. Since then, the combination of static and dynamic, Yin and Yang.

Take a deep breath along the abdomen for a long time, and it may be difficult to suddenly switch to deep reverse abdominal breathing. You can do an auxiliary training in the middle, that is, real fasting training. Many years ago, Frank Zan and Arnold Schwarzenegger showed their true fasting in a bodybuilding competition, showing a high level of bodybuilding. There is hardly any real fasting in fitness now. One is the abuse of drugs, and the other is that people are less and less engaged in real fasting training. As long as we insist on the practice of true fasting, we can strengthen the control of the whole abdominal muscles, at the same time, we can improve the vital capacity, reduce the waist circumference and exercise the transverse abdominis.

Practice on an empty stomach: To practice vacuum abdomen, you should first squeeze the air out of the chest and abdomen, then inhale as much as possible, so that the stomach wall is squeezed closer to your spine, and a concave surface is formed under your ribs, then hold your breath and slowly increase the holding time. Then slowly increase the number of real fasting exercises.

It is difficult to practice this directly, but it is easier for people who have practiced abdominal deep breathing before. Do a few deep abdominal breathing adjustments first, and then do a deep abdominal breathing. When exhaling, try to close your abdomen until you can't breathe any more, start inhaling, continue to close your stomach, make the stomach wall squeeze closer to your spine, and form a concave surface under your ribs (it may not work at first, slowly, when you can't breathe any more, hold your breath for a while, and then exhale to relax your stomach and anus. This is a whole. Slowly increase the number of exercise groups, and it won't be long before you have a deep understanding.

Then practice deep reverse abdominal breathing+lifting anus. Reverse abdominal breathing must be practiced together with lifting anus, that is, the stomach retracts when inhaling, and the anus is slowly tightened, while the stomach bulges and the anus relaxes when exhaling. At the same time, it can be combined with various rigid exercise exercises, that is, strength and speed training, which can improve the cardiopulmonary ability and increase the effect of reverse abdominal breathing, such as push-ups: inhale and abdomen when you get down, and exhale and loosen your abdomen when you get up; Pull-ups (these two suggestions are to use the method of prisoner fitness training, each with ten styles), accelerated running, Shaolin long boxing, octupole boxing, opening and closing jumping and Bobby jumping. Choose your favorite and applicable method to exercise for a period of time, and you will complete the preparation of the breathing method you need when you pass the Du meridian.

(2) Exercise method of closed spine

The way to close the spinal clamp is to squeeze the two shoulder blades into the middle of the back. You can find feelings in the following two ways.

2. Plaster acupoint training

Everyone has heard of "terminal illness", which means that people are incurable. I'm talking about the plaster point, an important point on the shoulder and back of the human body. There is a saying in the classic of Chinese medicine that "exercise acupoints to eliminate all diseases", so various exercise methods have evolved. I think the following three are better:

(1) Sit in a chair, put your hands on the armrest of the chair, open your back forward like a fan, stop for a while, then slowly hold out your chest, tighten your back, and squeeze your spine backwards. Repeat it several times.

Inhale deeply when pulling back, exhale when recovering, and move slowly on the horizontal plane, making the back feel sore and sweaty.

These three actions can open and squeeze the plaster cavity, which is the feeling of squeezing the spine. After doing it several times, people will feel refreshed, and the shoulder and back pain will be obviously relieved, which is suitable for people who work in the office for a long time.

(C) grip strength training

Grasping means that the thumb grips the root of the ring finger and the other four fingers are folded in the palm. It can strengthen kidney qi, which is a very good action. When practicing reverse abdominal breathing, you can try to add it. When inhaling and abdomen, the fist is also tightened. Every 1 second, the fist is tightened, and the fist is tightened until the last punch is sucked. When exhaling and relaxing, the fist is also relaxed. This is also a step in the "twelve strengths", and long-term practice can enhance strength.

(d) Have a firm belief and enough patience.

The book says that anyone who wants to fly the crystal after sharpening his elbow should be in a quiet room, and it is strictly forbidden to burn incense in the wind. He silently worshipped the sage of Sanqing and said to himself, "May you live forever, spread the road and tell people the truth of evolution. First, I want to exercise myself. If I want to be fearless of cold and heat, I will never eat anything. I want to escape from yin and yang. "

I guess it's a Taoist book I wrote it to make monks have a firm belief, just like Buddhists read "Amitabha in the South" and "Compassionate Bodhisattva". I practice this method not only to be filial to my mother, but also to help others after I get better. I hope you can think about why before you practice. Establish a firm belief for yourself.

This step is difficult. The previous method is soft, and long-term exercise can be done slowly. However, this is fast and requires high spirits, so the more vigorous the blood, the easier it is to get through it. This is what the closed-door foundation for novels said. If you want to clear customs quickly, your heart will beat fast and your breathing will be urgent. If you haven't cleared customs for a long time, you will easily become excited or even manic. Therefore, we must have a firm belief and enough patience, and insist on 100 days at least once. Even if we fail, we can lay a solid foundation and try again.

(5) Environment and time

The book says: you must stay away from women and children in secluded rooms, the voices of chickens and dogs are not heard, the stench is not in your nose, the five flavors are not in your mouth, and the secular desires are cut off. There are standards for the quantity and the degree of heat and cold of food. Although you are sleeping, you are also concerned and worried about the loss of vitality. The flying crystal method behind the elbow is not diligent and difficult to achieve.

So the preparation for this step is very important. You must be in good physical and mental condition to do it, and you should not be overworked during the practice. It is best to be idle when practicing, and no one will disturb you. Eat less hair such as cattle and sheep, don't have sex, drink more water and have more rest.

The whole cultivation process takes 300 days, starting from the winter solstice and leaving the divination world to collect herbs on the hundredth day; Ganshu (19:30-22:30) was put into the fire, and the medicine: Ganshu (1:30-4:30) flew into the crystal. In this way, the medicine was fully prepared for one hundred days; On the 200th day, I left divination to collect medicine, changed divination to dry divination (16: 30-22: 30) and burned medicine: from divination to divination (1:30-7:30), and flew the crystal. On the 300th day, Kungua went to Gangua () 13: 30-22: 30 to burn medicine, and the root melon went to Xungua (1:30- 10:30) to fly crystal. The training time in these three periods became longer and longer, which made the 300-day fetal death complete. Only in this way can we practice according to the law, that is, the five elements are reversed and the three fields are repeated. This is a ternary usage: flying gold into the brain means returning from the abdomen to the abdomen; Collecting medicine is from the lower abdomen to the middle abdomen, and burning medicine into the fire is from the middle abdomen to the lower abdomen. These are called tripartite things.

Supplementary explanation of exercise method:

The principle of this step is similar to boiling water, that is, using fire to continuously output enough steam to make the impact of steam stronger, so two conditions must be met: first, there must be enough water, otherwise it is easy to dry the pot, that is, the stomach is empty, which is very harmful, which is due to the accumulation of previous practice, and second, there must be fire. In the method, "squat down and suddenly rise" refers to the upper body during practice. Third, there must be enough pressure, otherwise the lid can't be lifted, which is the most important and difficult.

So (1) used to be abdominal breathing+smile+eight-segment brocade, but before that, it was changed to anti-abdominal breathing+anus lifting+smile+eight-segment brocade, (2) grip practice, (3) cross-legged practice, and at worst it took/kloc-0.5 to 30 minutes to practice veneer. All three are designed to increase the fixed pressure. But if you want to break through the barrier, you only need to have enough impact at a certain moment, so there is also an explosive pressure, that is, explosive force.

In order to flush the gap quickly, the work should be finished quickly. Introduce a good method, that is, breathe in and out quickly, and breathe every second when your back is clear. Because it is reverse abdominal breathing, you should go to Du meridian after inhaling. In order to increase stress, you should inhale more than exhale. At first, you can do a few minutes of quick inhalation and exhalation to make your whole body blood boil, and then inhale-pause-inhale-inhale again. There is a pause of 1 second between inspirations, and so is breathing. Slowly flow to 6 and suck 2, and at the same time, with the upward grip, it becomes more and more difficult, and the more I suck. Finally, I use 10 to inhale and breathe three times. In this process, you will feel blood boiling all over, sweat on your forehead and fever on your back. This is to speed up the blood circulation, so be sure to keep warm. At this time, the abdomen is full of vitality+meditation+grip strength+accelerated reverse abdominal breathing, and the four forces are integrated into one, so you can quickly clear customs.

Friends with liver and kidney problems should pay special attention. You can't use this method easily when practicing, which will make the liver and kidney load too high. You'd better lay a solid foundation before you do it. If not, give up this method and let nature take its course. Others should pay special attention to the feelings of liver and kidney in this process. If you feel kidney deficiency is obvious, it is that the speed of qi and blood circulation and meridian conduction is too fast, so you should consciously slow down and rest for a day or two. If it feels good, you can speed up the operation. This method is rapid communication, not natural communication. Now there are many ways to communicate with the governor quickly on the internet, that is, to use the rapid breathing method.

If this step is not removed quickly, once the gas passes through the tail, it will accumulate behind, and people will be very uncomfortable when lying down and sleeping, so they can only sleep on their side. People who like sleeping on their side will be forced to start sleeping on their side. If it lasts too long, many people will be afraid and never practice again, until the hard-earned gas slowly returns to Dantian, and many days of hard work will be destroyed. So in this step, we should step up training as much as possible, and all the discomfort will be alleviated after customs clearance. Don't relax and don't make mistakes.

Once passed, there will be various physiological changes. The book says that at first, I felt that I was in a state of shock in my sleep. Sometimes some minor illnesses occur in April and June, and I will heal myself without treatment. In a dark room, you can see the round light around your body with your eyes closed. The anterior vaginal tube is tightly sealed, which cuts off the spontaneous flow of essence and the leakage in dreams. In my mind, a thunder, like thunder, connected all the joints of Ren Du Er Mai smoothly. I dream of coming back with my baby, or being able to fly freely. Evil spirits cannot enter the body, and love and desire naturally fade out in the state of mind. My mind is clear and not confused when I am in Vipassana, but I look fresh and beautiful during the day and my abdomen is naturally warm at night, which is the verification of getting medicine. Since the verification is correct and proper, then study hard and orderly, and practice for 300 days according to the above method to achieve the perfection of the fairy fetus. After the tire is round, you can practice the following skills.

But after reading what I said on the Internet, I felt it myself, and found that there were only some phenomena, such as the intermittent noise in my head, or the sound of birds, running water, or sweet saliva, or the heat flowing from my head to my mouth when I inhaled, which was far from what the book said.

I guess it may be that modern people have low labor intensity and low muscle density, so most people have successfully cleared customs quickly, but the effect is far from as good as the book says. In the past, most people were manual workers, with large muscle density and difficult customs clearance. Once the effect is remarkable, modern people quickly pass by, but after not persisting in practicing for a period of time, the opened meridians will automatically close, and it is necessary to slowly defend the abdomen or go to the abdomen to nourish qi and let the liquid fill up.
