3. Goose in the fourth word-Huang Ting stands for Goose.
Wang Xizhi was a great calligrapher in the Eastern Jin Dynasty. He used to be a general in the right-wing army, and he is also known as Wang Youjun. In 355 AD, Wang Xizhi resigned from his official position because of disagreement with Wang Shu, then Yangzhou historian, and settled in Huiji Yin Shan (now Shaoxing, Zhejiang).
There is a Taoist temple named Xuanmiao Temple in Tanniang Village, and there is a Taoist named Lu in the temple. He admired Wang Xizhi's reputation very early and wanted to ask Wang Xizhi to copy a copy of Huang Tingjing for Guanli. However, he knew that he had never had anything to do with Wang Xizhi. How could he rashly ask for it?
Therefore, Lu tried his best to inquire about Wang Xizhi's hobbies in order to appeal to his mind and achieve the purpose of inviting Wang Xizhi to write classics. Once, he learned from an old woman that Wang Xizhi was fond of geese, especially white geese. So he bought a flock of white geese with white feathers and raised them in a stream that Wang Xizhi often passed by, waiting for an opportunity.
One day, Wang Xizhi passed by the stream and saw a large group of white geese in the stream, so he became fascinated. He wandered by the stream and asked:
"Whose geese are these? Do you want to sell them? "
Someone told him that these geese were raised by Lu Daoren of Xuanmiao Temple. Wang Xizhi came to the mysterious temple, found Liu and asked:
"Did you raise the white goose in the stream? Can you sell it to me? "
Lu pretended to be embarrassed and said, "These geese are kept for viewing, but the things they see have never been sold."
"I really like these geese. I have some extra money. Please sell it to me! " Wang Xizhi said earnestly.
Jingxiu took the opportunity to say, "Selling is absolutely not for sale. However, if Lord Youjun can copy a copy of Huang Tingjing for Guan Li, then I will give all these geese to adults! "
Wang Xizhi, bent on getting these big white geese, agreed to his request. So, Lu prepared pen and ink, and in less than half a day, Wang Xizhi copied a copy of Huang Tingjing.
This "Huang Ting Jing" was written by Wang Xizhi in print, and the font is vigorous and powerful, which makes people fondle it. Lu was very happy. He asked the little Taoist to put the goose in several cages and gave it to Wang Xizhi. Wang Xizhi was so happy that he wrote a cursive word "goose" on the beach by the stream, and then left.
Lu saw the word "Goose" written on the beach, which stood like Youlong and danced like a phoenix. It's really great. He asked the little Taoist priest to bring a large piece of tissue paper, fell to the ground himself, and drew the word "goose" with a pen. Then he invited a stonemason to carve the word "goose" on the stone tablet for people to visit.
Until now, Wang Xizhi's "Goose" monument still stands in front of a pond in Lanting Scenic Area, Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province. This pond is called "Goose Pond".
Later, I used the allusion of "Huang Ting for Goose" to compare my talents and stunts in exchange for my beloved things. Or praise the beauty of calligraphy. (Dan erqi)
