2. Steps of stewing chicken soup
(1) Method of stewed chicken soup with Polygonatum odoratum
① Ingredients: 500g of chicken, 300g of Polygonatum odoratum, 20g of ginger, salt and monosodium glutamate.
② Prepare chicken and Polygonatum odoratum, and clean them.
③ Put chicken and ginger into an electric pressure cooker.
(4) Put the cut Polygonatum odoratum into it.
⑤ Pour in the right amount of water and press the stew button.
⑥ After stewing for 60 minutes, turn off the fire, add salt, cover the stewing for 10 minutes, and take out the pot.
(2) American ginseng stewed chicken soup.
① Materials: chicken 1 chicken, American ginseng 20g, Lycium barbarum 10g, red dates 10, and appropriate amount of salt.
② Cook Chinese medicine soup first. Put Panax quinquefolium, Fructus Lycii and Fructus Jujubae in half a pot of water and boil for 10 minute, then boil the decoction.
③ Wash the chicken and put it in another pot, then pour in the Chinese medicine soup, which must be made without materials.
④ Put the chicken soup pot into the rice cooker, press the switch and start stewing 1 hour.
⑤ Add a little salt to taste before cooking.
(3) Lily stewed chicken soup.
① Materials: Lily 10g, 20 lotus seeds, Lycium barbarum 15g, and 500g native chicken.
② Wash the lotus seeds and soak them in water for 2 hours.
③ Lily and Lycium barbarum were washed and soaked in cold water for about 10 minute.
④ Cut the chicken into pieces and slice the ginger, then pour the chicken and ginger into the pot and stir-fry for three minutes.
⑤ Put lily, lotus seeds and native chicken into a casserole, simmer for 30 minutes, then simmer for 10 minutes.
