How many levels does a health manager have?
Health managers are divided into five levels: level 1 (senior technician), level 2 (technician), level 3 (advanced), level 4 (intermediate) and level 5 (primary), of which level 1 is the highest. But at present, there is no open channel for the first and second grades.

Those who meet one of the following conditions can apply for a three-level health manager.

(1) College degree or above in medicine and health.

(2) Have a non-medical and health professional college degree or above, have been engaged in this occupation or related occupations for more than 2 years, have been formally trained by a three-level health manager to reach the required standard hours, and have obtained a certificate of completion.

(3) Have a technical secondary school education in medicine and health, have been engaged in this occupation or related occupations for more than 3 years, have been trained by a three-level health manager to reach the required standard hours, and have obtained a certificate of completion.

Those who meet one of the following conditions may apply for a second-class health manager:

(1) Obtained the formal training of a three-level health manager, reached the required standard hours, and worked continuously in this occupation or related occupations for more than 5 years.

(2) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the third-level health manager, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years continuously, and has reached the required standard hours after the second-level formal training of the health manager, and has obtained the certificate of completion.

(three) have a bachelor's degree in medicine and health, and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the third-class health manager.

(4) Have a bachelor's degree in medicine and health, have been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years after obtaining the third-class professional qualification certificate of health manager, have reached the required standard hours after being trained by the second-class health manager, and have obtained the certificate of completion.

(5) After having the qualification of intermediate and above professional technical positions in medical and health specialty, he has been trained by the second-level health manager to reach the required standard hours and obtained the certificate of completion.

(6) have a master's degree or above in medicine and health, and have been engaged in this occupation or related occupations for more than 2 years.

One of the following conditions can be declared as a first-class health manager:

(1) has been engaged in this profession for more than 4 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the second-class health manager.

(2) after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the second-class health manager, he has been engaged in this profession for more than 3 years continuously, and has been trained by the first-class health manager to reach the prescribed standard hours, and has obtained the certificate of completion.

(3) Have a bachelor's degree certificate in medicine and health, and have been engaged in this major or related professional work 13 years or more.

(4) After obtaining the qualification of deputy senior and above professional and technical positions in medical and health specialty, he has been trained by a first-class health manager to reach the required standard hours and obtained a certificate of completion.

(5) Have a master's degree or doctor's degree certificate in medicine and health, and have been engaged in this occupation or related occupations for more than 0/0 years.
