There is also a saying that the Nine-Day Xuan Nv comes from the "Goddess of Heaven". According to "Sui Shu", Xuan Nv once explained to the Yellow Emperor the techniques of throwing and lifting by men and women, which shows that Xuan Nv is still a fairy with a good way of keeping in good health.
