First of all, teachers should stimulate their enthusiasm for learning.
Teaching activities without teachers' full preparation are blind. At ordinary times, we should constantly absorb relevant teaching and research achievements and improve our teaching level to guide our scientific teaching. In recent years, with the rapid development of international and domestic education, various educational ideas and teaching theories have emerged in an endless stream, which is overwhelming, and there are many scientific and instructive ideas and theories. We should make full use of our spare time and constantly learn these ideas and theories to arm our minds. As Zhu said, "Let the canal be so clear, because there is flowing water at the source." Only under the guidance of a steady stream of scientific theories can we lay a solid ideological and theoretical foundation for the continuous innovation of our teaching activities, thus ensuring the non-blindness of teaching innovation.
For example, when I was teaching linguists' articles Stop and Complete, I used some ideas in "Inspiring Research Teaching Method" by Xie, director of Guangzhou Modern Education Research Center, to guide my teaching (the core principles are "inspiring mechanism", "creating situation" and "learning transfer"). Under the guidance of scientific theory, this innovative open class has been a success, fully affirmed by leaders and teachers, and won the first prize in the classroom competition.
Second, fully prepare before class.
Fully preparing teaching materials and students before teaching is the premise of successful classroom teaching. As Sun Tzu said in the Art of War, only by "knowing ourselves and ourselves" can we be "in an invincible position". In order to make a class creative, we should fully consider the tacit cooperation between ourselves and students, students and teachers. To achieve this tacit understanding, teachers should not be lazy. First of all, they should fully prepare the content they teach and explore the "points" of innovation opportunities in the teaching materials with keen eyes; Secondly, to fully understand the students' perception level, the setting of questions should activate their innovative thinking, make them eager to answer questions, and make them feel a little broken, that is, the setting of questions should be just right. If students can keep this state for a long time, they will cultivate creative groups with active thinking and rich imagination.
For example, when I was teaching the articles Die Hard Rowen and The Final Paper, I made full preparations. I dug out a point in the articles that contained innovative opportunities: I didn't trust the authority of linguists, and quietly changed the original titles of Die Hard Rowen and The Final Paper on the blackboard into Die Hard Rowen = The Final Paper? "Change the coordinate phrases into equations with problems. After rewriting, the students were emotional and whispered, asking why the title of the text was changed to this way; What does the teacher's change imply? This greatly stimulated their thirst for knowledge and paved the way for further innovation in teaching design.
Third, teaching dares to innovate.
Innovation will make teaching life full of vitality, just as "abnormal" movements often attract people's attention, so does teaching activities. As you can imagine, the students sent away section by section, and the lesson plan was written over and over again, but the content was repeated over and over again. Teachers are eager to "pass on" and students stubbornly accept it. What an embarrassing situation that would be. As a result of being overly superstitious about textbooks and teaching reference, teachers will inevitably become "megaphones" and "porters", teaching hard and busy, learning distraught, and it is impossible to cultivate creative talents. Therefore, in teaching activities, we should have the spirit of challenging authority, make a breakthrough and cultivate students' innovative thinking ability. This is just as Zhao Yi said: "Talents come forth in large numbers, each leading the way for hundreds of years." Poetry and prose have innovative value, so should teaching.
For example, when I was teaching the articles "Stop" and "The Successful Ending (Continued from page 33) (Continued from page 3/kloc-0)", I challenged my students to ask questions, so that they could think actively and express their opinions when they were full of expectations: some thought the original title was good, because the author thought that the two idioms could not be confused. But more students think that the revised topic is good, because it not only embodies the meaning of students who hold opposite opinions, but also has the advantages of setting suspense and attracting readers. When I suggested that this was a short news commentary, several students went further and thought that the title of news should be unconventional in this way, so as to immediately attract readers' attention and get to the bottom of it, thus realizing the author's purpose of writing news. In this way, the students affirmed the value of this idea. Unexpectedly, a small innovation received such a good effect, which greatly stimulated students' innovative thinking, made them taste the sweetness of innovation, and played an encouraging role in their future study.
Fourth, encourage students to innovate boldly and leave students with a pure land of thinking.
Without innovative thinking, all great discoveries will not be born and human civilization will stagnate. Therefore, as a teacher, in addition to the innovation of independent teaching, we should also encourage students to innovate, and often leave them free space in teaching; In the face of students' objections in teaching, we should also put down our face, make bold assumptions, verify and draw conclusions. We can't ignore them without careful consideration and kill them with a stick, otherwise it will greatly dampen students' enthusiasm for innovation. Moreover, even in the most orthodox textbooks, there are inevitably omissions and even confusion, which may only be discovered by students, but it is not impossible. In my actual teaching, some omissions in Chinese textbooks will be discovered by students from time to time, which is the best example. Therefore, we should open up a soil suitable for the growth of innovative thinking. This is necessary for both teachers and students.
In a word, the renewal of teachers' concept is the necessity of educational development. As teachers in the new era, we can't stick to the rules and stand still. Only by keeping pace with the times and pioneering and innovating can we become excellent innovative thinking guides and not be eliminated by the trend of the times.
