Vegetable radish rice ball

Composition:

Rice, rape, radish, cooked sesame, salt.

Exercise:

3. Mix the rice, shredded rape, diced radish and cooked sesame seeds, put them in the rice ball box and take them out.

Panda onigiri

Composition:

Rice, seaweed, pork floss. Chansons, plums, chicken wings, crispy sausage, eggs, broccoli.

Exercise:

1, cooked rice, add appropriate amount of sushi vinegar and mix well (it is ok without adding, the original taste is delicious).

2. Use a triangular sushi rice ball model and fill half of the rice.

3. Press a small hole in the middle and put the dental floss in it.

4. Cover the rice, cover the other half and press tightly.

5. You can also choose Xiangsong or Plum, whichever is ok.

6. After the rice balls are made, divide the laver into long strips (used to make panda's hands), five senses and feet.

Cucumber rice ball

Composition:

1 bowl of japonica rice, 1 root cucumber, 1 egg, ham, salt, lemon juice, soft candy and salad dressing.

Exercise:

1. Add lemon juice, sugar and a little salt to steamed rice and mix well; Wash cucumber and cut into slender cucumber slices; Cut the remaining cucumber leftovers into small pieces; Boiled eggs and ham are also cut into small pieces; Then put it all in a bowl, add salad dressing and make a salad.

2. Make the rice into a small rice ball, wrap the rice ball with a cucumber slice, and put the mixed salad on the rice ball with a spoon.

Barbecue roll rice ball

Composition:

Two bowls of rice, 10 slices of frozen plums, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, half a tablespoon of sugar, half a tablespoon of Lin Wei, a little white powder, and a proper amount of black and white sesame seeds.

Exercise:

1. First, mix soy sauce, sugar, Lin Wei (rice wine can be replaced by brown sugar) and white powder to make a sauce.

2. Mix all the sauces and put them in the microwave oven for about ten seconds. It will be very thick when it comes out.

3. First, connect the two pieces of meat and spread them into a piece, and knead about 1/3 bowls of white rice into a ball and roll it on the meat.

4. Spread baking paper on the baking tray, put the rolled rice balls, brush the sauce (also brush the bottom), sprinkle with black and white sesame seeds, and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees 10 minute. Delicious rice balls are ready!

Bacon cheese roll

Composition:

Rice, cheese, bacon, salt, cooked black sesame.

Exercise:

1. Cook the rice and cool it slightly. Add the cooked black sesame seeds and mix well with a little salt.

2. Spread the bacon flat and fold half a slice of cheese, and roll the rice into round strips for later use.

3. Heat oil in a pan, add bacon rolls and fry on low heat until golden on both sides.

Healthy onigiri

Composition:

60g of fresh rice, 30g of edamame, 30g of corn kernels, egg 1 piece, black sesame, salt, vinegar and sesame oil.

Exercise:

1. Boil edamame and eggs together, add a little salt, and boil for 10 minute;

2. Add water to the pot and cook the corn kernels;

3. Remove impurities from black sesame seeds and fry them in a dry pot for later use;

4. Shell the egg and separate the protein from the yolk;

5, the protein and egg yolk are chopped separately for use;

6. Squeeze the cooked edamame from the beans, and put edamame, corn kernels, broken protein, broken egg yolk and black sesame into the rice in turn;

7. Add the right amount of salt, vinegar and sesame oil;

8. Stir the rice evenly with chopsticks;

9. Cut a piece of plastic wrap and spread it on your left hand, and put a spoonful of rice on the plastic wrap in your right hand;

10, the plastic wrap is tightened. Knead the rice ball into a circle with the palm of your hand, pour it out, and knead the remaining rice into rice balls in turn.

Purple potato onigiri

Composition:

200 grams of purple potato, rice 100 grams.

Exercise:

After the purple potato is steamed, it is put into a plastic wrap bag, pressed into mud, placed on a piece of plastic wrap, flattened, wrapped into a small rice ball, grabbed the periphery of the plastic wrap, twisted into a ball, and then peeled off, thus making the purple potato rice ball.
