Can regular yoga exercise really delay aging?
Stick to this yoga posture, and you won't look old at 60!

What women fear most is aging, but every woman can't delay aging. Aging is a natural phenomenon. Everyone will get old, and will gradually evolve and replace with time.

The growth, development and aging of human body are closely related to the function of zang-fu organs and the rise and fall of meridian qi and blood. When people get old, the qi and blood of the body will slow down, the qi and blood will be insufficient, and the organ function will decline, mainly manifested in wrinkles when climbing mountains, physical decline, freckles on the skin, weakness of limbs and so on.

So today we will come to a group of yoga poses to help delay aging, which is also a plan for yogis to alleviate aging, but yoga is a widely recognized method by many people. Today we're going to practice a set of poses. As long as you keep practicing, you won't be old at 60!

1, scorpion variant

Scorpion pose is a posture that tests the arm strength of practitioners. It can help practitioners open their hips, bend their waist and abdomen, burn excess fat, adjust the coordination between shoulders and back, and improve the posture of practitioners. We can also move our knee joint to ankle joint, strengthen instep strength, activate blood in hands and feet, and maintain body heat.

Precautions for practice:

Stand upright, hands open upward, shoulder width;

Bend your upper body, adjust your breathing and strength, dive with your hands when you touch the ground, and bend your legs back over your upper body;

Bend your knees, put your feet and instep together, raise your head and look straight ahead.

2. One-leg support variant

One-leg support is a posture to enhance the strength of the exerciser's legs. The following one-legged support variant is an elegant and powerful action. It can not only exercise the exerciser's leg strength and burn leg fat, but also bend the back and shape the back curve. Daily activities often do not move the shoulder joint, promote blood circulation of hands and feet, and keep the body warm.

Precautions for practice:

Feet together, legs straight, body straight;

Lift the left leg upward from the side until it is perpendicular to the ground, and keep it straight during lifting;

Hold your left thigh with your left hand, hold your left ankle with your right hand over your head, keep your toes straight and alternate your legs.

I don't know if you feel hot in your hands and feet after this group of asana exercises. Perhaps the effect of initial practice is not as obvious as expected, but yoga lies in diligent practice. If you want to see the effect, you must not be lazy. To solve the problem of cold hands and feet, it is necessary to cooperate with exercise, diet and warmth to get good results. Eat less cold and hard food, and don't forget thick socks. May all good fairies get rid of their cold hands and feet!
