Later, I read in a book called "It's better to seek medical treatment than to seek yourself" that touching Laogong point at Guanyuan point in the abdomen with both hands can help me spend the big Sunday. In fact, I haven't thought about anything big or small, but I just think it will make my blood more abundant. It's simple anyway, so why not?
So at that time, I tried this method every night and didn't stick to it for many days. I found my sleep perfect. I don't know when I fell asleep, and then I woke up in the morning! Maybe there is a dream in the middle? But I don't remember at all. Most importantly, after waking up, I feel very energetic and won't stay in bed!
Later, I also recommended this method to friends who are prone to insomnia, and there are some improvements!
The specific method is: lying on the bed, putting the left and right Laogong points on Guanyuan point, putting your tongue against the upper dentition, and relaxing all over, focusing on the palm and Guanyuan point.
Brief introduction of acupoints
Guanyuan point, located three inches below the umbilicus, has the functions of cultivating yuan, consolidating the foundation and tonifying the lower jiao. Guanyuan point is the recruitment point of the small intestine, and it is also a congenital sea of qi, where you can inhale and exhale. The ancients called it a place where yin and yang crossed the border; Laozi called it "mysterious and mysterious, the gate of Wan Qi." This is also the location of the Taoist middle (lower) field list.
Acupoint location: three inches below navel.
Acupoint selection method: put the palm horizontally under the navel, and each person's palm is 3 inches wide to suit his body shape. See the picture for details.
Laogong point is located in the palm of your hand. When the second and third metacarpal bones are biased towards the third metacarpal bone, they are located at the fingertips of the middle finger and ring finger when making a fist. The five elements of Laogong point belong to fire, which has the functions of clearing away heart fire, calming the heart and calming the nerves, and is used to treat insomnia and neurasthenia.
People who are prone to premature beats and palpitations can press this point more. Chest tightness and palpitation are all suitable, and you can also press here to relieve discomfort.
————————————— The following is my first intense experience after my stay in the abdomen.
Last night, before going to bed, I stayed in Dantian as usual. That is to say, put your hands on Laogong point, with your right hand down, your palm on the abdomen three inches below your navel, and your left hand on it. (Man's left hand is down and his right hand is up. Then focus on the abdomen and breathe with abdominal breathing.
I seem to be asleep in a daze, but I don't seem to be completely asleep. Consciousness is completely unconscious. I don't know where I am. My body seems to be gone, but I clearly know that my husband is watching the computer and occasionally walks around. Maybe this is the so-called state of no self. After I enjoyed this state for a while, I suddenly felt a tingling in my brain and became conscious. I just feel hot all over, and there are wet clothes on the back of my hand.
Then I felt something like a little ant climbing up the liver meridian on the inside of my calf. You can feel the gas flowing along the liver meridian to the Yin Bao point of the thigh, because it is very painful. But my acupoints were blocked for a long time, and the airflow stopped when I got there. Later, because of fear, I did not continue to defend Dantian. Get up and rub the acupoints for a while. After burping, the pain at acupoints is less. I looked at my mobile phone, 1 half past ten. Just the liver meridian is clear.
For the first time, I felt the movement of airflow in meridians so obviously, and I was surprised and scared. However, I will continue to try to stay in the abdomen. It is a good phenomenon to feel your pulse after wiping, and it is no longer so weak.
