Detailed preparation method and steps of Yuling ointment:
1. Soak 200 grams of longan pulp in warm water for about 5~ 10 minutes to fully soften the longan pulp.
2. Chop the longan meat into minced meat, just like dumpling stuffing, so that the longan meat can be fully exposed to hot air, and it is easier to steam black; However, water is difficult to cut, and longan meat is tough.
3. Stir the American ginseng powder and longan meat in a bowl, and brown sugar can also be made into powder and stirred together.
4. Add about 1000ML of water into the electric pressure cooker, put it on the steaming rack, and put the stirred American ginseng and longan meat on the steaming rack; If you want to steam rice soup, you can wrap a handful of rice in cotton cloth under the steaming rack and put it in water. Leave more space for cotton cloth, and the rice will swell.
5. If the pressure holding time of the electric pressure cooker is adjusted, the time can be adjusted to be longer, about 1 hour, and steaming can be started; Ordinary steamer takes a long time to steam, and it takes 40 hours to get dark.
Let the pressure cooker cool after the first time. During the cooling process, some distilled water will drop into the bowl, and the Yuling ointment will thicken. Then steam it five or seven times, and it will be black and shiny. After cooling, it can be stored in refrigerator or freezer (it won't freeze).
