Qualifications of the third-level health manager: those who meet one of the following conditions can sign up for the health manager (third-level) training exam.

(1) College degree or above in medicine and health.

(2) Have a non-medical and health professional college degree or above, have been engaged in this occupation or related occupations for more than 2 years, have been formally trained by a three-level health manager to reach the required standard hours, and have obtained a certificate of completion.

(3) Have a technical secondary school education in medicine and health, have been engaged in this occupation or related occupations for more than 3 years, have been trained by a three-level health manager to reach the required standard hours, and have obtained a certificate of completion.
