1. Put a humidifier indoors and control the indoor humidity at 40%-60%. Usually, add water to the humidifier in time, change the water regularly and pay attention to cleaning.

2. Open the window for ventilation at least twice a day, each time for at least 15 minutes, and at most for 30 minutes. The optional time period is 10 at about 3 o'clock in the morning and afternoon.

Put a wet towel on the heater. Once the towel is dry, add water in time. Or you can put a pot of water under the heating to accelerate the evaporation of water, which will also have a good effect on improving humidity.

4. Keep some potted plants indoors, such as cactus, chlorophytum, rich bamboo, Brazilian wood and so on. And use the leaves of green plants to evaporate more water and increase indoor humidity.

The warmer the room, the better in winter. People should pay attention to indoor humidity as well as temperature. In the heating season, please keep the room temperature at 18-22℃ and the humidity at 40-60%. The human body feels most comfortable at this time.
