1. Soak peanuts in cold water for one hour. (Standby state)

Put cold water in the pot first, then put the ribs. It is better to cover ribs with water. Don't boil the water, put the ribs! 3. Put cold water into the casserole again, this time, put enough cold water at a time, because don't add cold water halfway, because the heated meat will shrink when it is cold, and protein will not dissolve easily, so the soup will lose its flavor. Add ginger and medlar. Remember to add a spoonful of vinegar, because vinegar can fully dissolve the phosphorus and calcium in the bones into the soup, making the soup more delicious. At the same time, don't put salt too early! Because salt will quickly exhaust the water in the meat, accelerate the solidification of protein, and affect the delicious soup.
