There are several requirements for practicing natural breathing of round piles: first, hold them in your arms and bend your feet slightly; Second, embrace with both hands and then relax; Third, farsightedness, and then head-up; Fourth, the feet are soft and keep relaxed. The practice environment must be quiet. It is particularly important to note that practicing round piles is to accumulate strength for boxing, not as long as possible. I just feel energetic. The practice methods of round piles of different sects are also different. Some sects emphasize that the body of the round pile should shake slightly, and only by breathing again and sucking gently can the body relax.

The basic pile type in Wushu is also called "miscellaneous pile", "rodless pile" and "tai chi pile". "Hunyuan" means heaven and earth, which can breed everything. In this sense, many pile types in Wushu are derived from Hunyuan pile, and the basic essentials of Hunyuan pile have been widely absorbed and utilized by all kinds of Gong Zhuang.

Lift your arms forward until your thumb is shoulder-height, and then relax your shoulders, elbows and wrists slightly downward. The fingers of both hands are retracted inward by a distance of about 10 cm, and the shoulders, back and elbows are slightly extended outward, so that the arms droop in a round shape. At the same time, the legs are slightly loose, the knees are bent, the center of gravity is slightly lower, and the eyes are still straight. It is required to move slowly, inhale when lifting the arm, and exhale when relaxing downward.
