Can fresh milk be heated?
It can be heated. Fresh milk will be sterilized at low temperature when leaving the factory, but it can only be completely sterilized at a high temperature of 130C, and it will also cause the loss of a large number of nutrients. When we heat fresh milk in our daily life, just heat it to 70-80℃.

The boxed milk bought in the supermarket has been sterilized at high temperature, so try to avoid heating or heating at low temperature when drinking. The shelf life of fresh milk is about one week, and the shelf life of boxed milk bought in supermarkets ranges from 30 to 60 days.

Matters needing attention in heating fresh milk

When heating fresh milk, you need to set the time and duration in advance. Generally, it is ok to cook with medium fire. It is not recommended to use large fire, which will easily lead to paste. The heated milk should be drunk in the shortest time, and if it is stored, it should not exceed 24 hours, because the longer it is stored, the lower its nutritional content will be.

Milk loses nutrients after boiling, and the longer it is boiled, the more it loses. This is because with the increase of temperature, the vitamins, protein and other nutrients contained in milk will undergo chemical changes, and the color, fragrance and taste will be reduced and transformed into other substances, so the heating time of milk should not be too long.
