Pituitary amenorrhea-pituitary infarction, pituitary adenoma, empty sella syndrome. Ovarian amenorrhea-premature ovarian failure, ovarian functional tumor, polycystic ovary syndrome. Amenorrhea-Asherman syndrome is the most common cause of amenorrhea, and other endocrine functions are abnormal after endometritis, hysterectomy or intrauterine treatment.
