The college has made great efforts to make progress, and now it has been built to a certain scale. The campus is located in Bled Road, covering an area of 5 hectares with a building area of 25,000 square meters. The college has a strong faculty with nearly 100 full-time teachers. The college has good conditions for running a school, complete infrastructure, library, seminar room, computer teaching room, lecture hall, fitness room, basketball court, student lounge and so on.
There are many kinds and levels of university education. At present, there are college diplomas, single-subject professional diplomas, and a number of continuing education and certificate courses. The college offers a wide range of courses, including nine majors: construction engineering management, real estate and facilities management, interior and landscape design, business administration, logistics management, IT computer application technology, electrical technology, ISO quality management and engineering technology.
As the Institute is a professional management college under the Construction Bureau (BCA) of the Ministry of National Development of Singapore, both teaching and scientific research are led by the Construction Bureau, and it is strongly supported and helped by the Construction Bureau. Through the management of the institute, the Construction Bureau shares its scientific research achievements with the participants in the construction industry, and improves the construction technology and management to promote the development of the local construction industry. A number of innovative plans implemented by Singapore Construction Bureau are in a leading position in the whole Asia-Pacific region.
Construction Bureau and CITI often have academic exchanges with foreign experts, construction industry peers and famous university professors. Scholars who have held seminars in CITI include Professor arnoud de meyer, Dean of INSEAD Asia Campus, and Professor Kim Elliot of Nottingham University in the UK. Universities cooperating with CITI, such as Professor PerKjaerbye of Danish University of Technology, Professor Chrysostomou Vassos of British Department of Architectural Studies, Professor JNJA Vambersky of Dales University of Technology, American designer Alfred Yee, famous French architect Monolo nunes, famous Danish architect Paul Mock, and Mr. Chiba of Japanese Dalin Company, include Dales University in the Netherlands, Tsinghua University in China and Henry Bout in the UK.
The college has also set up various academic committees to urge all courses to reach the required high level. The members of the Academic Committee include well-known professors and business professionals from national universities.
Singapore CITI School of Management is a professional management school founded by the Building and Construction Bureau (BCA) under the Ministry of National Development of Singapore. CITI School of Management was founded in 1984 and has a history of 20 years. There are as many as 3000-4000 people in the college every year. So far, the college has trained a large number of architects, designers and various skilled workers, as well as practical engineers and professionals for the country.
The college offers a wide range of courses. At present, diploma courses for overseas students include construction engineering, real estate and facilities management, interior and landscape design. The college also provides supporting intensive English training courses to ensure that students get the maximum benefit from CITI College's study and prepare for their career after graduation.
