At present, there is no formal qualification certificate in the coaching industry in China, but all of them are their own certificates in the industry. Of course, the more jobs, the better, sub-body fitness, Olympic sports, Wade and so on.
The coaching industry in China is similar to that in sales, and the level of coaching and teaching is relatively low, so it can be said that the orthodox literacy is low. Most coaches in China are fitness enthusiasts and college students majoring in physical education. These groups have many defects, such as fever lovers, low theoretical literacy, mainly in how to teach, how to arrange classes and how to protect trainers. They teach their training experience to students, but often ignore the pertinence. Individual differential training is generally not very scientific, not rich in experience, and the detailed teaching is very poor. However, the students in Sport University are not professional enough in the details of fitness, and their theoretical basis is relatively poor.
The current fitness instructor industry is similar to sales. Members sell cards and coaches sell services. If you have strong sales ability, you can be a coach.
Judging from the professional quality of coaches in China, there are few good coaches. I have been working out for many years, and I have met only a handful of good coaches. These people are knowledgeable and experienced, and they have great enthusiasm for this industry. They pay attention to the latest information, training methods and competitions at home and abroad, as well as their personal experiences, plus the achievements cultivated by sports medicine research. However, these people are very high-end and generally inaccessible. They are all engaged in relatively high-end occupations in the sports industry, not in gym coaching.
At present, the coaching industry in China is not as good as the coach's external figure, so if you want to enter this industry, be prepared psychologically. Unless you love this industry, you don't care if you earn more or less.
Subjectively speaking, as a coach, you should have relevant knowledge and experience, have relatively recognized qualifications in the industry, such as Yati and Wade, and then have rich training experience and a certain foundation. Don't be too careless. Keep learning professional knowledge. First, the foundation of sports, then sports medicine, and nutrition. A higher level requires understanding medicine, biology, Chinese medicine and so on. The training effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is excellent. Of course, all these require extremely rich knowledge and experience.
Objectively speaking, you should have strong language expression ability, affinity, sales ability, service ability, teaching ability, curriculum arrangement ability, quick thinking and certain adaptability.
If you can all reach the qualified level, you don't have to be excellent, that is an excellent coach. If you can all do it well? I have never seen such a coach.
