First, typhoid fever school
Founder: Zhang Zhongjing
Works: Treatise on Febrile Diseases (ancient name: synopsis of the golden chamber), which is later divided into Treatise on Febrile Diseases and synopsis of the golden chamber.
Features: Two thousand years ago, the environment on the earth was much colder than it is now, and people's warm-keeping measures and clothes were far less warm than today, so at that time, diseases with cold as the main cause accounted for most of all diseases in Henan and Hunan, and Zhang Zhongjing was an active doctor in Henan and Hunan. According to the climate and regional characteristics at that time, he thought that warm drugs should be used to treat common cold diseases at that time, so he put forward many important theories and attached importance to drug use. His position in the field of traditional Chinese medicine is supreme, which is roughly equivalent to Wang Zhongyang's position in The Legend of the Condor Heroes. Both China and Japan call him a "medical sage", his works are called "the ancestor of prescription science", and his town school treasure Guizhi decoction is called "the originator".
Famous prescriptions: Guizhi decoction, Xiaochaihu decoction, Baihu decoction, Xiaoqinglong decoction, etc.
History and present situation: In the historical period, the typhoid fever school was once brilliant and regarded as one of the four classic works. There are many learners, and their masters are like clouds. However, due to the high level of their ancestors, all their disciples are very similar to Quanzhen Qizi, and none of them can surpass their ancestors. Today, the school has been in a state of atrophy, and the number of masters in the school has decreased significantly. Many "professors" who call themselves "typhoid masters" are already pitiful.
Because of the author's injury and cold, from beginning to end, no matter when the diagnosis is made, most prescriptions are typhoid prescriptions or typhoid methods, which should be effective manually. I think typhoid fever is really a good school. I don't feel sorry when I think of what the teacher said, "Classics can cure serious diseases and classics can cure strange diseases" (among which classics refer to typhoid prescriptions).
Second, the forward card
Founder: Sun Simiao
Works: Qian Jin Fang Yao, Qian Jin Fang Yi.
Close-up: Sun Simiao
Famous prescription: Weijing decoction (still an important prescription for non-surgical treatment of pulmonary critical illness in traditional Chinese medicine).
History and present situation: Sun Simiao's medical ethics are extremely noble. He put forward the article "Great Doctor Sincerity" to warn future generations of doctors and make today's doctors with such poor medical ethics feel ashamed. His two books are a collection of medical achievements before the Tang Dynasty. In order not to kill living things, he never uses animal drugs (such as snakes, centipedes, scorpions, mutton, chicken's gizzard-membrane, etc.). ), but used all the plant medicines with low toxic and side effects. Being honored as the "King of Medicine" by later generations, I am not ashamed to ask questions. Many foreign prescriptions and minority prescriptions are recorded in the book. He is good at keeping in good health. He died in 100. Although there are many experts in the school, when they gradually tend to keep in good health, in fact, if they can prevent diseases through keeping in good health, they will reach the highest goal of "disease prevention" of Chinese medicine. Many modern "health experts" or "professors" are from the "Thousand Girls School". In the health care circle, it is really unique that they can surpass the "Thousand Girls School".
Third, the bureau sent someone.
Founder of the school: there are many people, but it is written by Pei Zongyuan and Chen.
Works: prescription of Taiping Huimin mixture
Features: Song Dynasty Mixture Bureau (formerly known as Huimin Bureau) is an enterprise equivalent to the current National Chinese Patent Medicine Corporation, and can also be simply understood as a Chinese patent medicine manufacturing enterprise with a similar scale to Tongrentang, belonging to a Chinese patent medicine manufacturing enterprise founded by the state. In order to unify production specifications, processes, ingredients, etc. The state specially compiled the book Taiping Huimin Mixture Bureau, and collected the famous prescriptions of famous doctors all over the country, and then went to rough storage. It has been found through experiments. And this book became the first pharmacopoeia in China.
Famous prescriptions: Huoxiang Zhengqi Powder (changed to capsule or liquid in modern times), Xiaoyao Powder, Zhibaodan, Zixuedan (the latter two are two life-saving treasures, and the effect is far better than Angong Niuhuang Pill), Sijunzi Decoction and so on.
History and Present Situation: In the historical period, if you want to be a good doctor, you just need to recite this book well. After all, he is the unique skill of Qian Qian's 100 million TCM experts. Think about Ling Huchong's tactics against Wuyue Sword School, which is the essence of the top ten magic soldiers. How much is a book created by so many Chinese medicine experts worth? The answer is endless. One of my favorite prescriptions is one of them. So later, many Chinese medicine practitioners became local parties, and so did many doctors, until today. Bureau faction has a fatal shortcoming. If you have a good foundation, you might as well use the prescription inside, so that you can make ends meet. If the foundation is average or too poor, then we often can't understand the profound meaning of experts' tricks. More often, the disadvantages outweigh the advantages.
Fourth, warm the school.
Founder: Li Dongyuan (Gao Li)-Warming spleen and stomach.
Zhang Jingyue (Zhang Jiebin)-Open the door of life.
Works: Li Dongyuan's Spleen and Stomach Theory.
Zhang Jingyue's "The Complete Book of Pure Moon"
Features: Although they are both founders of the School of Warming and Tonifying, according to their own grasp of Huangdi Neijing and their emphasis on clinical experience, one specializes in treating the warming of spleen and stomach yang, while the other cares about the fire of Ming-men. According to the school, the reason why people can survive is all the function of Yang. For a simple example, the biggest difference between the living and the dead is the temperature difference of more than ten degrees. It is such a temperature difference that a life is over, which shows the important role of our bodies. Children are full of yang, so they always jump up and down dishonestly, so they grow up. When they grow to a certain period, they can reproduce the next generation. After the yang gradually declines, people will get old, so old people with less yang don't like activities and are afraid of catching cold. The school of warming and reinforcing always emphasizes the extreme importance of yang. No matter how to diagnose and treat diseases or medicinal materials, we generally prefer to use warm Chinese medicine to replenish the human body, and the clinical effect is good. Zhang Jingyue, in particular, put the art of war and array into the methods of Chinese medicine to deal with diseases, which is quite meaningful and worth pondering.
Prescription: Li Dongyuan Buzhong Yiqi Decoction
Zhang Jingyue-Zuo Guiwan, You Guiwan, etc.
History and Present Situation: With the gradual warming of the earth, our living environment is also changing. Theoretically, there are fewer diseases caused by cold causes, and it seems that the warm school will no longer occupy the main position. In fact, the onset age of impotence in modern men is getting younger and younger, and the rate of cold in women's uterus is also rising. Diseases caused by new cold pathogens still need our warm reinforcement to help each other. In the historical period, the epidemic situation led to the emergence of the school of febrile diseases, thus ending the absolute dominant position of the school of febrile diseases in the history of traditional Chinese medicine. Until today, except for some provinces such as the three northeastern provinces, the power of epidemic febrile diseases has not yet occupied a major position.
Verb (abbreviation for verb) strikes against evil forces.
Founder: Zhang ()
Works: Confucianism and Family Affairs, which were not written by Zhang Congzheng himself, but by his private disciples and others.
Character: Zhang, attacking evil factions, has both medical skills and evil. Anyone familiar with Chinese medicine knows that there is nothing special about Zhang's diagnosis and various treatments, and they are all the yellow emperor's methods that follow the rules. However, as ordinary people and ordinary quacks, they often can't understand Zhang's relatively profound kung fu. So he feels a bit like Huang Laoxie written by Jin Yong. Everything is unreasonable, unorthodox and unconventional. It is estimated that Mr. Zhang himself felt his own evil, so the word "from right" in his name probably means "from right to evil". Zhang stressed that all diseases are caused by pathogens invading the body, so he stressed that pioneers must get rid of pathogens. When pathogens go, healthy qi will naturally be safe (when pathogens go, it will be safe), that is, "Maknae is uneasy outside." It also coincides with China's famous boxing "The best defense is attack". He is good at treating patients with sweating, vomiting and purgation, and the effect is very ideal. However, because these three methods are more or less unacceptable to patients while treating diseases, patients are relatively unwilling to accept serious diseases, serious diseases, strange diseases, diseases and difficult diseases.
Name: Shao
History and Present Situation: People are like this. They are eager to get better. Even if they suffer some pain, it's nothing. After a little improvement, I am unwilling to endure the pain of treatment, such as acupuncture, such as surgery, such as vomiting and severe diarrhea. So this school has only survived to this day with very good clinical effects, but many of its wonderful technologies have disappeared, and many good technologies have been absorbed by other schools.
Six, warm disease school (cold disease school)
School founder: Liu. Later generations have Wu Youke, Ye, Ye, Xue, and other masters.
Works: Syndrome Differentiation of Epidemic Febrile Diseases, Clinical Guide of Medical Records, Theory of Epidemiology, etc.
Features: Since the founder started the school, most people have emphasized that people's diseases are related to fire. For example, emotions will turn into fire, seasonal climate will turn into fire, and eating too many spicy and greasy sweets will turn into fire. They also believe that the general disease turns into fire, and the human body is often yin deficiency and yang exuberance, and the human body is like dry wood, which is vulnerable to heat, so we should pay attention to the use of cold medicine.
Prescription: Yinqiao Powder, Sangju Drink, etc.
History and present situation: During the historical period, whenever the plague was prevalent, the medical scientists who defended people's lives were often the school of febrile diseases. Generally speaking, the experts of epidemic febrile diseases school have a good curative effect on epidemic febrile diseases, but the curative effect on other diseases is slightly inferior. The masters of the modern school of febrile diseases are mainly in Beijing, Guangdong and Shanghai.
Seven. Huitong school
School founders: Tang Zonghai, Zhang Xichun, Zhu Peiwen, Yun Tieqiao, almost at the same time, older than Tang.
Works: On Blood Syndrome, Learning from Western Medicine, etc.
Features: Our ancestors advocated not a complete combination of Chinese and Western medicine, but "foreign things serve China" and "foreign things serve China", just like the simple truth sung in Song of Guerrillas, that is, "Without guns, the enemy built us, didn't eat or wear, and the enemy sent us forward". Donkeys and horses can only have mules, and mules will never have offspring. This simple truth is understood by the ancients, and our ancestors did not. However, in that era when foreigners insulted China culture, how to arm Chinese medicine with western medicine to make Chinese medicine survive and develop better, so the integration of Chinese and western medicine in that era was very different from that of today.
Famous prescription: many prescriptions, few well-known ones.
History and present situation: it must be strange to mention Huitong school, but if you mention the experts of "integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine", I am afraid no one knows. For such experts, it is really difficult to put forward any suitable adjectives. In fact, just like the famous saying of the Three Kingdoms, "Long time and long division", both traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine are inevitable and considerable products of the development of nature to a certain stage. At the stage of integration or separation, we will naturally follow our own laws, even if it is only a little reluctant, so our modern integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine is relatively unsuccessful. Many western doctors dare to practice Chinese medicine without even knowing what Chinese medicine is all about. This kind of "pseudo-TCM" in the cloak of TCM, like the traitors in the Japanese occupation period, is the main reason for the demise of TCM. How terrible.
In fact, there are more than seven schools in the 5,000-year history of civilization, whether it is Chinese medicine or Chinese medicine. In some primary schools, such as Fu in ophthalmology, Liu in traumatology, Wang He in acupuncture, Hua Tuo in pediatrics, gynecology, internal medicine, Li Shizhen in surgery, surgery, and so on, there are four famous doctors in China after liberation.
